This limited edition sake was introduced at Niigata's Local Sake Defense Force. The taste is already fluttering around. When tasting it, it was so raw that it was already slightly effervescent. It has a great impact, a nice, clean taste, goes well with food, and can be enjoyed on its own. It is delicious!

TSUCHIDA 12 with low alcohol connection The alcohol is not lowered by adding water, but rather by stopping fermentation and reducing the alcohol content to 12%. First, a glass chilled. It has a powerful impact, a light sweetness, and a firm acidity that can be felt on the way back to the bottle. It is very drinkable! But it's low alcohol! Next, a glass at 40° lukewarm. The taste is even more expansive. The aroma does not show itself, but the friendliness increases. The acidity is more assertive, but still maintains the low-alcohol feel. It was a delicious sake 🍶 Thanks for the treat!

Junmai Ginjo made from 100% sake rice produced in Miyagi Prefecture. It is made by heating but needs to be refrigerated. The taste is crisp and clean. A little sweetness after the aftertaste that disappears quickly. It was served cold. It was so good I drank it in a flash!

This sake was created by craft beer brewery Y.MARKET in collaboration with Sekiya Brewing Company. The original beer, Drunken King, is also a black imperial stout, but this one also looks very black. For now, we'll drink it cold. The mouthfeel is thick and mellow. It is sweet. I didn't feel much of a ginjo feeling, but the alcohol and maltiness lingered firmly on the tongue. And just like its name, if you proceed to drink it, you will definitely get intoxicated with a dangerous feeling. It's delicious. Next time I want to let it sit for a while and warm it up.

We went to Akita to drink sake from all over Japan. We avoided the top sake, Shinsei, and found Yukino Kayasha. Open the bottle. We start with it at room temperature. It has a solid umami taste and a sweetness that lingers on the tongue a bit, but not in an unpleasant way. It's delicious. I'd like to try it warmed next time.
