This sake was created by craft beer brewery Y.MARKET in collaboration with Sekiya Brewing Company.
The original beer, Drunken King, is also a black imperial stout, but this one also looks very black.
For now, we'll drink it cold.
The mouthfeel is thick and mellow. It is sweet. I didn't feel much of a ginjo feeling, but the alcohol and maltiness lingered firmly on the tongue. And just like its name, if you proceed to drink it, you will definitely get intoxicated with a dangerous feeling. It's delicious.
Next time I want to let it sit for a while and warm it up.
