Junmai Ginjo made from 100% sake rice produced in Miyagi Prefecture. It is made by heating but needs to be refrigerated. The taste is crisp and clean. A little sweetness after the aftertaste that disappears quickly. It was served cold. It was so good I drank it in a flash!
