TSUCHIDA 12 with low alcohol connection The alcohol is not lowered by adding water, but rather by stopping fermentation and reducing the alcohol content to 12%. First, a glass chilled. It has a powerful impact, a light sweetness, and a firm acidity that can be felt on the way back to the bottle. It is very drinkable! But it's low alcohol! Next, a glass at 40° lukewarm. The taste is even more expansive. The aroma does not show itself, but the friendliness increases. The acidity is more assertive, but still maintains the low-alcohol feel.
