We went to Akita to drink sake from all over Japan. We avoided the top sake, Shinsei, and found Yukino Kayasha.
Open the bottle.
We start with it at room temperature. It has a solid umami taste and a sweetness that lingers on the tongue a bit, but not in an unpleasant way.
It's delicious.
I'd like to try it warmed next time.
