It is very sweet and sour because it is made from pressed sake mother! (It's like a sweet-sour-sour-sweet 🤪)
It is more like a juice than a sake.
I haven't had this in a year and a half! It's good to have a bottle of this kind of light sake at home so that I can drink it in gulps even when I'm tired.
