My favorite sake, Bon hiyaoroshi! Nice aroma and no bitterness at all! Not too sweet, not too spicy It's a good sake after all! I tried it with a beef plate because it is a junmai sake, but I think it would be better with something lighter.

It was a sweet sake. The price was cheap for a junmai daiginjo, about 1,200 yen, I think. It didn't have that much Junmai Daiginjo feel.

Brahma is one of my favorite brands This is my first time to try Tsuya. The balance of aroma and taste is very good. I drank it at a sushi restaurant, but next time I will buy it myself!

Ginjo-shu? It tastes so beautiful you'd think it was a ginjo sake. It has a junmai-like character and a deep flavor. I drink it at room temperature, but I would like to try it chilled. It's good, very good!
