To be continued! No.6 Stype. It has a slight bubbles and a full-bodied taste of sake yeast and clear water. The restaurant uses charcoal fire and the meat here is grilled using apple wood. The maitake mushrooms are made from oak wood. Each ingredient is cooked with a different fuel (wood or straw), and the variety of flavors and dishes is astonishing.

PREMIUM sake with a premium experience 🍶. It was a celebration at the end of a job 🎉. It was a great moment for us to see how happy our clients were with the job we successfully completed. ☺️ We will do our best for the next jobs to come! Now, this restaurant serves premium sake and food. We were told that they have Tasake (rice wine), so we asked them about it and they served us a special one ♡. The sparkling black bottle was lying out of the box. The label of Tasake is different from usual and the spirit is exceptional! The taste is, oh my god, oh my god, oh my god! Delicious! It looks so clear and tastes so clear and beautiful mountain melt water. 🏔️ The thick sweetness is not unpleasant and disappears quickly. It was so delicious that by the time I realized it, it was gone... Oh, see you again!

They say it's fire-roasted, but fresh gas 🫧. It is smooth and crisp when you think it is cocked. It has a light and refreshing taste 🍶. This sake seems to go well with food 🍶. It was my daughter's birthday the other day. Mom's homemade cake was topped by her! Lots of decorations!

To be continued... The last sake of the day was "Yamamoto Kiki Uki Uki"! I was curious about this sake from your post 🍶. A well-timed sip 🎵 I see that the cloudy color expresses the melting of the snow! It has a smooth texture and a light sweetness. It's easy to drink with a touch of schwarziness 🍶. My daughter, who loves pickles, is eating gourd shibazuke and plum crystals lol. I don't think any elementary school kid eats gourds! Her brother was chewing on the freshly fried thickly sliced deep-fried tofu with a burn 😝. But still, the food comes out at a great speed. Great restaurant👍Will visit again! Oh, and the last one was a grilled rice ball for the end of the meal 🍙. They put cheese in between and seasoned it with sweetfish fish sauce. And they wrap it with prosciutto ham! Also delicious!

Today I was on a business trip to Osaka on the first flight 🚅. The weather was very nice and I was able to see the beautiful Mt. I always try to get a good shot over this aqueduct, but 90% of the time it is covered by the trusses of the bridge I am crossing in the foreground. Fuji always looks majestic and imposing. Now that you are tired after a day trip, let's have a glass of Natur. The rice polishing ratio is 90%! It is very full-bodied and has a superb balance of tanginess and acidity! It's an amazing sake! It certainly takes you back in time. I've never been back in time, but sake from the Edo period and long ago must have tasted like this. It is so because Mr. Sengoku says so. Ah, delicious 🤤🤤🤤🤤.

On "Vernal Equinox Day," Tokyo became a cold spring with big thunder ⚡️ and rain ☔. Last week was hot and sweaty and I was fighting with pollen, but when it suddenly gets cold, spring seems so far away. Today is a national holiday, so I cooked. It was a menu of fried rice with canned mackerel miso and Chinese soup. I opened the sake before cooking, so I didn't think about the combination at all 😆. Nice to meet you, Urasato-san. I was curious about this because of your delicious review on Sake no Wa. I opened the bottle after mixing the cloudy, thick, 15mm thick, sunken oli and opened the bottle! The crown blew off 🫅. The sweet aroma of this beer was very pleasant, and the anticipation was very high. It has a sweet taste like 🍓, a fermentation shuwa, a tangy texture on the tongue, and a cloudy richness. It's a sake that makes you go gulp 🍶. Delicious! I'm drunk before cooking ^_^.

Lately I can't see close anymore 👁️ I hope I can cherish every day so that I can reevaluate myself these days and spend the days ahead in a meaningful way... Today's main sake is Akabu "Soul No Daikyo". I think Akabu should be in the Hall of Fame🙆. Everyone will be happy to taste this sake, the power to brew this kind of sake is amazing. This one has a terrific aroma, a sense of schwarziness, and a sweetness and sharpness that clings to the tongue. Very delicious 😋. No way it's brewed with brewer's alcohol! How is it possible to create such a taste? It was delicious!

Next up... Sake from my hometown Shiga I had a sake connoisseur friend from work come over, so I was eager to try some sake from Shiga. This is the first muddy sake I've had, but I had the impression that the Amedare Ishi wo Kakutsu was very tasty. I thought it would have the richness, depth, and schwarziness of a muddy sake, but it didn't, lol. But it was still delicious 😋. It is a very mild and flavorful drink that will keep you coming back for more 🍶. Then the cake was a surprise 😮. My daughter and I were born in March and they celebrated 🎂. Thank you so much 😊😊😊😊. It's a blessing to be able to celebrate!

We had a work friends meeting today! I'm glad you brought your own drinks: ☺️ They went to Ise Shrine for a visit and gave us "Saku" which is only available there! Stylish package with paper wrapping 📦. It has a rare atmosphere that looks delicious just by looking at it 📦. Now, let's open the bottle 🍶! The aroma is very nice and it is truly a "Saku"! It is an easy-drinking sake with a clear Daiginjo texture and a very sweet taste ^_^. The gorgeous taste is unique to Saku. It is really great that they can consistently create such a flavor! We enjoyed it very much!

It was cold today ❄️ We got a little snow 🤏. It was 16:00 when I found out on Instagram that Shinshu Kamerei Yamadanishiki was now on sale at Isego Honten. I was planning to visit the store tomorrow, but since it was such a situation, I drove to go there now, but it seems I was totally too late... According to what I heard, it opens at 10:00 and by 11:00 it's already gone... It's very popular... I'm looking forward to the next time 💪. Well, today is "Rice and Agave" apple 🍎.
