Kudo Ute" Banshu Yamadanishiki Aromatic Ginjo, a smooth aftertaste, and a wonderful sharpness. ⚡️ It really has a wonderful aftertaste! Daiginjos that go well with meals are amazing! I love Kudokidokutei, all of them have a sharp and really beautiful taste😍.

This day was at a restaurant I was involved in. Eels are actually not that much my favorite lol. However, it was grilled over binchotan charcoal, and the meat was thick and the skin was crispy and very tasty. The sake was "Shichida" (🍶). This sake is very easy to drink and has a nice sweetness and sharpness 🤤. You can drink as many glasses as you want!

Kouei Kiku" is a member of my Hall of Fame 💛. Wow, how delicious is Nashi 😋! 100% Omachi this time! A nice aroma with a sizzling sound 🆗. On the first day, there was quite a bitterness. But it is a mix of sweetness and bitterness unique to Koueikiku. The aftertaste is also very sharp and delicious 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤. I felt it was a bit sharp, so I think it would be better if I let it sit for a bit. And after the 3rd day, it is still round and soft with a lingering bitterness. Now, the drinking log is accumulating, so I am releasing it. KID Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo This is a refreshing and light sake. It is a light and refreshing sake. It has a pleasant sweetness and a slight bitterness. I bought a sake cellar at the beginning of this year! I've been wanting one for a long time, and I'm so glad I did because I thought I was at the end of my rope storing it in the fridge. ☺️ In the fridge, I had to drink it all before I could move on to the next one, but now I can open all sorts of sakes 🙈. Kita Sake Brewery, known for its Kirakucho sake. This sake is sold only at local liquor stores. It has a sharp taste with a gentle texture of orikara-mi. We enjoyed it with a delicious bite. It is a delicious sake with a gorgeous sweet depth. I felt it was similar to the taste of Yoshida Kurau.

The last sake of the year is here 💁. Mr. "Laughing Four Seasons". I am back to my parents' house in Shiga. I got off at Koga-Tsuchiyama on the Meishin Expressway and stopped at the Tsuchiyama PA to take advantage of the discounted expressway fare. There are many raccoon dogs, which are well-known in Shigaraki ware. Koka is also famous for its ninja, but when it comes to sake, there is "Laughing Four Seasons". The label has been redesigned to be more modern and cute! This is not a raccoon dog, nor a ninja, but a deer 🦌. Why is that? When I put it in my mouth, I felt a sweet taste followed by a bitter taste. After a little time, the taste opens up and it becomes easier to drink. It has a complex taste with a dryness that is tingling on the tip of the tongue. We also had New Year's Eve soba (buckwheat noodles), so it looks like we will be able to finish this year without any problems. I wish you a happy and delicious year of sake drinking 🔔.
