Akabu is a ramune🍸. This is just like that too♪ The clarity is like a very refreshing breeze It is sweet, light and easy to drink 🍶. It is perfect for this hot season🫠. It was a fine day today ☀️ It was an elementary school field day: 🏃‍➡️🏃‍♀️‍➡️ I was finally able to see all the grades because it was after Corona. It was very energizing to see the children running and dancing so hard while being watched by so many spectators 😁. It was very hot, but they did a great job!

Well, today we have another GW trophy 🍶. Doburoku from Kuromatsu Senkozo, whose "Dobu to Yuzu" was very tasty. It has a smooth texture that leaves a thick, bumpy residue on the tongue. It has a pleasantly tingling sensation throughout the entire body. It is like drinking yogurt! Easy to drink and delicious🤤. I finally decided to start playing golf: 🏌️‍♂️ I've been invited and asked by various people if I'm doing it, so I've got the heavy lifting to summarize. Tomorrow is my turf debut: ⛳️ I practiced in a hurry but I don't know what to do first lol. I'll give it a try for now😅

Irregular liquor 🍶 The taste of Onshu mandarins themselves🍊 Is this a 120% drink? The juice and pulp attack 🏐. It tastes so rich! This is the kind of drink you would get at a slightly more sophisticated ryotei restaurant or hotel! (I've never been there though). I think Houou Mida's fruit juice series also includes peach. They also say they don't use preservatives and need to be refrigerated: ❄️ It's like the freshly squeezed fruit has been turned into a delicious sake and powered up 😘. Yummy yummy yummy 🤤.

Kuromatsu Senjo", a local sake from Takato-machi, Ina City, Nagano Prefecture. I bought it at a GW camping trip. I wonder if it is similar to Toyobai, Hiran, and Tobirazumi. It has a robust flavor with a ginjo aroma, sweetness, and richness. Today was a hot day for maintenance of my mom's bike and a moment on the bike 🏍️ It was a nice breeze 🌪️ Homemade pancakes and sake 🍶. It was delicious!

Collage is the best 😆😆😆😆. It's really delicious 🤤! The aroma is rich and tangy on the tongue! The first is a slight sourness, but then a mild sweetness comes in. The end is crisp and dry. It's the best! I wonder if it's a pure sake, it has a strong flavor as it has 16% alcohol content. But the cup goes on and on 🍶. It is delicious 😋. Well, it was Mother's Day this weekend, so I went bowling with my mother-in-law 🎳. I wasn't sure if she would like to be physically active since she is old, but bowling is great🙆. They enjoyed it a lot! It was the first time for the kids, so they were muso gutter lanes ^_^. They were going left and right, but they were having fun in their own way... By the way, the latest bowling is amazing, with replay, events in the dark, and various battle modes! I think I will be going back soon!

Here is the last one 💁. Mr. Akabu 😘. I received a refreshing Ramune again this year! The swooshy, watery atmosphere beyond the sweetness is as refreshing and magnificent as the scenery on this trip: 🏔️ The photo shows the Southern Alps to the east. I jumped up early in the morning and could see them from the observatory. We put on our down jackets and waited for 30 minutes from dawn. It was a long but fun time and a very, very good memory. It was a great GW, enjoying nature to the fullest 😊. I will drink the sake I missed while remembering this trip 😚.

Next day. The next day, we went downstairs for lunch. We had lunch at a buckwheat noodle restaurant called "Cologne" in Takato Town, Ina City. It is said that this Takato Town is the birthplace of Shinshu Soba. It is a lovely castle town lined with warehouses with plaster walls. At the foot of the mountain, there is the ruins of Takato Castle, famous for its cherry blossoms. Inside the buckwheat noodle shop, you can feel the history of the area with pictures and old tools related to mountain climbing. There was also a colored paper of the author of the manga "Gaku" on display. The local sake is brewed by Kuromatsu Senkozo. While strolling around the town, I found a liquor store and bought some sake. The sake I opened that day was "Dobu to Yuzu. The gap between the impact of the name and the illustration on the label is great! It has the rough texture of doburoku with a fresh and slightly bitter yuzu taste 🍊. It's not your typical yuzu flavor, but the rough shavings of the fruit are very tasty 😋. The lightness of the alcohol content meant that it was gone in a matter of minutes! I came back on the last day and took home two bottles. ☺️

To be continued... Sogapère Ephis. As you know, this wine is also delicious. It tastes like a white wine with a refreshing sweetness and acidity. It is crisp and refreshing. It says something about a mixture of yeast from No. 1 to No. 6 and natural fungi, but the text is really small and there is too much information, so I am sorry I can't see it at this time anymore because I am an erudite. I received the flavor well and will buy again. Now, after the shumai in the takoyaki machine, I made takoyaki 🐙. I put cheese and kimchi in the takoyaki and it turned out great, showing the true nature of Kansai people in vain. The trick is more water, tenkasu and green onions 👌 The night view is of the Northern Alps with the city lights of Ina City. It was the day before the Aquarian meteor shower, and we were lucky enough to see a shooting star. I wish you a chance to taste delicious sake x3

Nice to meet you! This one has a sweet and robust flavor with a hint of melon 🍈. I see that the label is also melon-colored. It is full-bodied and delicious 😋. I also thought it was similar to "Niida Zenshu" from Fukushima prefecture. The sunset was also a great time to enjoy the evening party. First, we made shaumai with a takoyaki (octopus dumpling) cooker! By the way, we spent a relaxing time in a lodge called "Raitoso" because we were scared of the cold temperature difference. We were three families, but each family could stay together, and we could have our meals in the hall, so we had a lot of fun 😊.

Well, it is the last day of GW. This year's GW was very fulfilling because we were blessed with good weather and were able to go to many different places for fun. The first half was at the beach, and the second half was in the mountains, enjoying the outdoors to the fullest🛶🏔️ We went to a place called Shikamine Kogen Campground in Ina City, Nagano Prefecture, where we could see all of the Alps. I heard that in a normal year, it snows even in GW, but this year was the best day 😆. This year was the best day 😆 Anyway, it was a clear and cloudless day and we could taste the heavenly world😇. We brought a lot of sake and started with "Sentori Sparkling" 🍶. The bubbles never stop, probably because we were at a high altitude... The bubbles never stop bubbling 🫧.... 5 minutes of fighting٩٩³( ᐛ )و We prevented spills as much as possible and now we are celebrating... The bubbles are so fine that they exceed champagne! The taste is so clear that it's hard to believe it's a 10% sharpening 👍. It's crisp, refreshing and delicious 🤤🤤🤤🤤.

May is here! Sake by Sono Kankiku 🍶. If it says "super limited" or something like that, I already have it in my hand: 🖐️ There was another bottle of Yamadanishiki, but this time it was a bottle of Chiba rice polished to 29% 💁. It's schwarziness, sweetness and bitterness spreads out. Like grapefruit. It is a delicious sake with a clean and crisp taste. I love "Koei Chrysanthemum" 😍. I was exploring the sake section of Kinokuniya without much thought, and there it was! You don't have to go to a liquor store to buy it! You'd think that would be a good idea! So, I took it home... I am now a grown up who wanders through the sake section of every supermarket I go to. 🕴️ Gekko" was next door, and I was tempted to go back, but I consulted with my wallet and chose "Anastasia". I chose "Anastasia" 💸. The aroma when the bottle is opened is like apples 🍎. It is an unfiltered unpasteurized sake, but at 13%, it is slightly moderate. It also has a nice schwashiness to it, which makes me excited 🫧. It has a fresh grapefruit bitterness and a refreshing green apple sweetness. It's very easy to drink and reminds me of a micro-fizzy white wine 🍾. It's a really nice drink 🍶.

Modern Sentori Yumachi" is a terrific 😬. The taste of clear water and apple preceded the sourness 🍎. At first I thought it was sharp and dry, but as I continued to drink it, the flavor became deeper and deeper. It tastes like a white wine! It tastes like muscat and green apple. The Modern Series is not to be underestimated! I would like to try the others. Very, very, very good 🤤.

Next is a pink label "Mutsu Hachisen". Sake from a business associate 🍶. Mmmm, delicious 🤤. I kept thinking about how similar it was to something, and it made me sleepy 💤. Yay, it's warm and it's lunchtime, and I've had lots of delicious snacks, so I can relax... I was in a dozing mood, but I remembered "Kido". I had an image that Hachisen was a bit drier, but this one had sweetness and juicy banana flavor. The label is similar too, come to think of it. I'm so happy!

Cherry blossom viewing again🌸 It's Monday, the last day of the cherry blossom season. I couldn't have a New Year's Eve or New Year's party with my workmates, so I decided to go and see cherry blossoms. I think Kinuta Park is one of the best hanami spots in Tokyo. It's a huge park with a huge number of cherry trees, and the lawn is the best place to view cherry blossoms. The branches reach down to the ground and the falling cherry blossoms are just like a snowstorm. It was a pleasant time when the weather was warm and sunny and it was as if the time had stopped. ⌛️ Olisee Chameleon tastes like muskmelon and has the richness and slight bubbles characteristic of cloudy wine. It blew me away when I opened the bottle. 🗯️ I was glad it was outside! It's so tasty and easy to drink 🍶.

I was able to revisit the delicious sake I tasted last year 👏. Dusk Orange Very tasty orange juice 🍹! It's the best 😆. The first glass tastes sweet like strawberries and is clear and refreshing 🍓. After a little time in the glass, the sourness increases and the taste changes to almost lemon-like 🍋. Last year's impression was that the taste kept changing and I could taste many different fruits, so I'm really looking forward to this one 😊.

To be continued~. The cherry blossoms came out at night and delicious sake was served. I was so drunk that I was losing focus of my mail 😅. Oh my, this is delicious 🤤. The cloudy acidity worked well, and although the alcohol content was low, the flavor was strong. I would like to try this sake again 🍶. We ended the festival with this, it was a good cherry blossom festival to escape the rain 🌸.
