We opened another bottle to compare 🍶.
As the label on the back says, this one is a little lighter and sweeter 🤏.
It is very delicate to brew a sake with the flavor you imagine from the complex process of sake brewing.
I missed the timing of drinking it, and ended up not knowing if I was drinking the true flavor.
From now on, I will not hesitate to open every bottle I buy 🍾.
