I just now received a bottle of sake from my mother's side of the family for New Year's.
Kyoto is quite a big city, so the scenery changes a lot when you go to the Tango area.
The most famous ones are "Amanohashidate" and "Funaya of Ine".
In the winter, the Japan Sea is rough and it snows heavily, but in the summer, it is calm and I remember that I was often taken to the sea during summer vacation 🌊.
Today's sake was dry 🍶 and since we had sushi, it was refreshing!
The alcohol feeling spreading out, this reminds me of a local festival!
