I bought this sake last year and kept it on display 🍶.
The Foo Fighters, who love Japanese sake and will be performing at Fuji Rock, went to Tatenogawa's brewery and the toji-san played a song and brewed this sake.
When I was in high school, the Foo Fighters were gutted by my musical roots, which flowed from punk rock to alternative and settled on heavy metal.
I never thought I would meet them in this way. 🤘🏼
The label is made to look like a Kanji character with Roman characters.

The taste of "Gin" is dry and quite robust.
It is pure Dai, but it is heavy with a strong sake taste.
