We had Kamo Nishiki's Upper Line 🍶.
I was so excited at the beginning that I asked for a rare sake, but I failed to consider how it would go with the food 😞.
The sake was very sweet and tasted like something you would enjoy on its own.
The sake is very sweet and tastes like something you would enjoy on its own. It thickens and leaves an aftertaste, so cheese or dry food would be a good match 🎵.
It didn't go well with the stone skin, so I carefully examined both with a glass of water in between...
It was a little difficult!
