We had a work friends meeting today! I'm glad you brought your own drinks: ☺️ They went to Ise Shrine for a visit and gave us "Saku" which is only available there! Stylish package with paper wrapping 📦. It has a rare atmosphere that looks delicious just by looking at it 📦. Now, let's open the bottle 🍶! The aroma is very nice and it is truly a "Saku"! It is an easy-drinking sake with a clear Daiginjo texture and a very sweet taste ^_^. The gorgeous taste is unique to Saku. It is really great that they can consistently create such a flavor! We enjoyed it very much!

To be continued~. Sake named "Haru" (spring) "Jyuseki". Sake rice named "Celebration". Sake brewed with Kyoto sake rice. It is an easy-drinking sake. Today we had a party for our friends and had them completely immersed in the sake swamp. Everyone brought about 3 bottles of sake and we opened a variety of sakes 🍶 We had a lot of fun! We had a lot of fun! Latte, the white cat, is so cute 🐈. It was a healing time!

Full-bodied, yum! I thought Hirasen was crisp after drinking Four Seasons, but it's totally different, here 💁. It's called malic acid, which means apple aroma 🍎 flavor 🍎 acidity and full-bodied very delicious sake 🍶.

What a surprise, the Shinshu Kamerei I wanted to drink came out at my friend's party lol. It is sweet! It tastes like apples 🍎 and is a delicious sake with a slightly tangy, clear water quality 🍶. The clear taste is the best 🍶! Very tasty 😋.

It was cold today ❄️ We got a little snow 🤏. It was 16:00 when I found out on Instagram that Shinshu Kamerei Yamadanishiki was now on sale at Isego Honten. I was planning to visit the store tomorrow, but since it was such a situation, I drove to go there now, but it seems I was totally too late... According to what I heard, it opens at 10:00 and by 11:00 it's already gone... It's very popular... I'm looking forward to the next time 💪. Well, today is "Rice and Agave" apple 🍎. It's a little cloudy with 90% rice polishing ratio, and has a nice "shuwa" feeling. The acidity is pleasant and the aroma of apples passes through the nose, and the sake aftertaste finishes it off. Very tasty and gone in no time 🍶.

Today we had a tofu hot pot 🍲, so let's have a drink to go with the meal 🍶. From Shinano Omachi in Nagano Prefecture, a town with beautiful water. It has a clear, refreshing taste and freshness on the tongue. It has a gorgeous muscat-like flavor and a crisp aftertaste that goes well with a tender tofu hot pot. The refreshing taste made it go down smoothly, and it was gone in no time at all!

This day was at a restaurant I was involved in. Eels are actually not that much my favorite lol. However, it was grilled over binchotan charcoal, and the meat was thick and the skin was crispy and very tasty. The sake was "Shichida" (🍶). This sake is very easy to drink and has a nice sweetness and sharpness 🤤. You can drink as many glasses as you want!

Kouei Kiku" is a member of my Hall of Fame 💛. Wow, how delicious is Nashi 😋! 100% Omachi this time! A nice aroma with a sizzling sound 🆗. On the first day, there was quite a bitterness. But it is a mix of sweetness and bitterness unique to Koueikiku. The aftertaste is also very sharp and delicious 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤. I felt it was a bit sharp, so I think it would be better if I let it sit for a bit. And after the 3rd day, it is still round and soft with a lingering bitterness. Delicious 💛 This year's Setsubun is east-northeast 🐔. The children were so excited to play devil's advocate that they made their own masks 👹 and had some sake while they were at it 🍶. And when it came time to start, for some reason, they were holding beans... Hey, hey, hey, hey, what's going on? You guessed it.... Now, pray for good fortune 👼.

Yes, it's a sweet one. Really sweet 💜 like a sweet 🍑. It's also a little effervescent and tastes great chilled! It leaves quite a bit of aftertaste, so I think it would be good as an after-dinner dessert drink 🍶. The design is excellent. Very cool! As it says at the bottom of the back, The bottom of the back of the bottle reads, "With respect for the classic Lembi, we will use modern technology to create sake that our predecessors could not have made." It is a message that expresses enthusiasm for the past and the future. I am impressed by this message, which is applicable to both sake and design. ❤️

Now, the drinking log is accumulating, so I am releasing it. KID Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo This is a refreshing and light sake. It is a light and refreshing sake. It has a pleasant sweetness and a slight bitterness. I bought a sake cellar at the beginning of this year! I've been wanting one for a long time, and I'm so glad I did because I thought I was at the end of my rope storing it in the fridge. ☺️ In the fridge, I had to drink it all before I could move on to the next one, but now I can open all sorts of sakes 🙈. Gufufu!

I was painting the walls of a house today, but I was only able to paint half of the indicated square footage and finished halfway through... What a disappointment... Next up... Kido" 🍶. Last but not least 💁. Standard but delicious kid🤤. The taste is quite similar to that of Tomozou. The taste is quite similar to that of Tomozo's. This one is a little more refreshing in comparison, but they are very similar. I prefer this one 🚩. My wife prefers Tomozo. My wife prefers Tomozo. ⭕️ It's a standard KID, but it's delicious! I just received a bottle of Kid's Junmai Daiginjo from my hometown tax payment. I'm looking forward to it even more 😊. The food is very high quality, simple dishes but all delicious and full of flavor 😋. I will visit again 😋.
