As a reminder! I wanted to drink Jade Spring, a liquor made in Taiwan, on my trip to Taiwan, but I accidentally couldn't drink and buy it ......🥹I should have bought it when I saw it at a convenience store in Taiwan and drank it in my hotel room 😭 Remind myself not to forget it the next time I have a chance to drink Jade Spring again! The photos were of Japanese sake sold at a supermarket in the basement of Taipei 101, Taipei's landmark tower 🍶.

Junmai Ginjo-shu was selected as "the perfect sake for a meal. @Comparison of 3 dry sake I could feel the sweetness of the sake and was deeply impressed by the rich individuality of the dry sake 😋. It goes well with beef tendon. I may have understood why it is a good sake for a meal!

If you are a slam dunk fan, this is a label that will make you h🏀! And dry! It was an eye-opening sake feeling. When I drank it alone, I felt a twinge in my nose, but as soon as I drank it with food, I had the impression that it became easy to drink all at once. It gets better and better 😋.

Hato Masamune Natsujun" 🐦 is an Aomori sake that was selected for the three dry sake drinking comparison. First, we compared the sake and took a sip...it was fruity and mellow! I found it to be the least peculiar, but when I drank it with food, its presence remained the same...! Is it the unique flavor of special junmai sake? I'm not sure 😋.

Junmai Daiginjo Eikofuji Sake Mirai! It was served with sakekasu ice cream (tsubuan monaka ice cream). It had a fruity sweetness but was refreshing, giving the impression that it matched the cool dessert 🍨.

Original junmai sake from "Itoshi", a Japanese food and junmai sake restaurant in Ebisu! It was served as one of the 10 types of sake. 8 types, but I still remember that this "Itokoshi" had a very flat taste and was delicious (I'm getting drunk gradually...).

The hard-edged chivalry is mysterious🍶 as some of the detailed information on the label seems to be a secret. I found it easy to drink, probably because of the use of Yamada Nishiki. Delicious!

The label is fun 🐟 I wonder if the waiter chose this sake because the dish is saikyo-yaki? It is said to be made as a "sake exclusively for fish and snacks. The Saikyo-yaki dish has a sweet flavor, so it was a perfect match with the crisp, dry taste.
