We found sake from Nozaki Sake Brewery in Akiruno City!
I tried it with hiya and found it to be mellow with a clean aftertaste! Perfect with Tohoku's miso oden 😋.
The waitress was kind enough to explain it to us 😊.

This sake was discovered at Cardi's. 🍶 It has a clean, sweet, fruity taste, and gives the impression of white wine.
