Nurukan Festival at Marunouchi's Nurukan Sato 🍶.
Toichi, Kusudama, Shinkame and...I think one more was Kido?
I thought the Shinkame had a dense sweetness like Japanese sweets! I was surprised at the taste I had never had before 😋!
Kusudama was very dry, and it was fun to compare them.
I also enjoyed the other sakes with the chicken shirato-yu oden🍢. The thickly seasoned Soboro (minced fish cake) served as a side dish is also delicious! It makes the sake go down a treat. Also, I'm glad the water was so cold...lol. It was very tasty!
Enjoy sake and Tosa cuisine at Tosa Cuisine Neboke.
From the appetizers to the food, such as bonito, kuei, and utsubo, the menu was full of delicious dishes!
Tosa Tsuru Tsukasa Junmai Daiginjo-shu, a sake exclusive to this restaurant, was also very nice!
The "Tosa Jizake" served hot was also mild and delicious....
NAMICAN" Wakanami Shuzo 🍶 Aluminum Can Sake for Outdoor Use
[100% Yamadanishiki, 60% polished rice]
Lighter than bottles and seems to be easy to carry. ...... drank it during a very indoor lunchtime drinking session 😂When you throw away bottles, you have to peel off the label, but with cans it's a little easier to throw away.
When I drank it, I was impressed by the flavor of the rice and the heat as it went down my throat. When I think of casual sake, I have a strong image of "light and fruity," but I thought it had a moderately robust feeling.
The label is also fashionable and nice. It is fun to look at the label design of sake.
I accompanied it with "Udonatsu" from Marugame Seimen! I think it was a better match with the konpota flavor than the sweet chocolate flavor 🌽The konpota flavor is sweet too, but the salty flavor did a good job!
It's "Kyokan Junmai Kagatobi." 🍶 It's dry with a sake rating of +4.
It is dry with a sake strength of +4, but I could taste the umami and sweetness of the rice, and it was juicy like ripe fruit 😋😋😋😋😋.
And yet, the aftertaste is still refreshing. Delicious!
The Kameda Seika "Afternoon Pick-me-up Seasonal Seasonal" that I purchased as a snack was an assortment of Japanese style snacks!
The slightly spicy snacks such as Kurokosho-mame (black pepper beans) and chili-sen (red pepper paste) matched the sweetness and umami of Kagatobi.
Both the drinks and snacks were very tasty 🥰.
Sake comparison at home!
We chose 3 kinds of sake from "Fukumitsuya", a long-established sake brewery in Kanazawa.
Fukumasa Munune Junmai Dry, Nama Zume.
This was the first sake made with black malted rice. I felt a bit salty, but I wondered if this was the richness found in sake made with "black koji"?
Wind, Water, Man, Junmai 9
It is a junmai sake with an alcohol content of 9 degrees Celsius and a refreshing taste. I would like to drink it with pasta or Italian food!
Fukumaso Sake: Hyoketsu Nama-Shu Dry
With a sake alcohol content of +10%, it has a very strong sake taste! I would like to drink it with a salty meal and sip it while neutralizing the taste.
It was interesting to compare the different types of sake and to see the difference between them. ☺️
Kiku-Masamune Shuzo Ginneo Cup" was purchased at a convenience store. It was fruity and very easy to drink🍶 with a clean sweet taste.
I am glad that I can easily buy it when I want to drink at home. ☺️
Sake with a cat design I found at Cardi's earlier: 🐈⬛🍶
I faintly remember that the green bamboo design was sweeter and easier to drink. If I see it again, I'll buy it.

The eighth sake was Nakajima Brewery's "Re-finish Kijoshu" ♪
I must have never had kijoshu before! Since I had been craving a sweet sake by now, I was also attracted by the -35 sake degree value listed on the event pamphlet~.
The cute sushi label also caught my eye, but I relented and poured myself a glass of kijoshu.
Oh, oh, it was delicious 🥹💕!
Juicy and super sweet...that's good!
I would love to try it with a pound cake full of sake! Wouldn't that be a nice synergy?
It seems that "re-finish" means that the kijoshu was made with kijoshu. Since kijoshu uses sake where brewing water is used in the first place, the layering method of re-finishing kijoshu is amazing~.
I was getting drunk, so I had to finish off the event here 🍶 with a variety of sake, which was a great learning experience!

The seventh sake was a beautiful effervescent junmai nama sake, Usagishin BLACK Hidahomare 🫧.
We drank several draft sake at this event, and each of them is really unique! Even though there is a classification, I couldn't understand the characteristics until I drank them, and I was deeply impressed that sake is very profound. ......☺️
The tangy taste makes it perfect for a mid-meal drink, right? It was a sake that I wanted to drink slowly and savor 🍶.

The sixth sake is "Takejaku" by Otsuka Shuzo 🍶The Suzume mascot and the Suzume on the label are adorable!
The first sip gave me a "mature" taste! There is also a hint of mellow fruitiness ......?
The sake leaves a lingering taste on the tip of the tongue but does not burn the throat, so it seems to go well with food 😋.
I think it was about an hour after the event started, but there was something called "peace water time" 💧.
During the "10 minutes, all breweries took a break from serving sake. It was a nice gesture on the part of the management to allow time for everyone to adjust by drinking some "peace and quiet" water.
Drink sake, but don't be drunk. ☝️

The fifth sake was a gold-colored label with the words "Toyotomi Hideyoshi" on it! and "Toyotomi Hideyoshi" on the gold label.
As soon as I drank it, I felt the alcohol hit the tip of my tongue and throat with a thud! It has a slightly bitter aftertaste, and it may be just like Toyotomi Hideyoshi, who knew both sour and sweet sides of sake!
I thought it would be different if I had it with a dish with a strong flavor, but I had already finished the appetizer 🤣.

The fourth sake was Harada Shuzo's "Yamaguruma Natsu Ginjo Kuradashi Ichiban" 🌻.
After drinking the autumn limited edition sake, the season was rewound lol. It is a sake that is stored in ice temperature after being squeezed.
It's gorgeous & rich when you drink it! I quite like this one too ......😋 It's gorgeous, but not too much on the nose for my liking?
It seems that they use "Hana Yeast", the world's first excellent sake yeast isolated from natural flowers. They seem to be the first brewery in the world to use "Hana Yeast," a superior sake yeast isolated from natural flowers.

While looking for the third sake, I found an "Autumn Season Limited" sake 💡The second sake was nigori, so I asked the brewer for a sake with a refreshing taste, and he poured me "Umakara Junmai Sake Moon Panda★Autumn Season Limited".
Su, my favorite taste ......🐼🍶!
It was refreshing, yet gentle and mild, just like a clear autumn day... and the appetizer set to go with the sake was also a good choice 😋!
I'm also interested in the summer-only Junmai "Sou" sake! I'd like to try it next time.
