Mellow, fruity, very slightly bitter and sharp. Yum. However, it is not as good as spiced curry.
We happened to enter a spice curry restaurant, but they had a good selection of Japanese sake. I was able to have a bottle of Morinokuma-san, which I had not bought due to a problem with the capacity of the refrigerator.
The Hato Masamune in the photo is water (lol). It is a cute bottle, so it was used as a pitcher.
