Usuberini-san for the previous year, which was ordered by mail order after other stores started carrying 06BY.
Although the aroma has some sake-like characteristics, it has a mellow mouthfeel, acidity, fruity, slightly sweet and umami, and a deep flavor that is a whole lot. It has a very strong throat feeling. The taste may be different when it is freshly made. I would like to visit Kimura Sake Brewery in Higashinari-ku someday.
I missed out on buying it at the Niigata Sake-no-jin OSAKA, and there are not many mail-order stores that carry it, so I ordered it because the one I had registered as my favorite was running low.
