Slightly effervescent, medium-mouthful sake that can be enjoyed lightly. At 12% alcohol, it is relatively light.
Compared to SORAH from the same brewery, it tastes more like sake.
I bought a bottle and drank it at the brewery, where I stayed diagonally across the street to use the corner bar.
You can try it in a plastic cup at the store, but it is just a taste test, so I am drinking the one I bought at the inn. It is delicious.
