I bought this sake at Takata Takata Sake Brewery when I visited Wajima last year. The store was inundated by the torrential rains that followed the earthquake, and although they finally managed to fully reopen for business in late March, the online store has been suspended.
The brewery was also severely damaged by the earthquake, and they are working with another sake brewing company in Ishikawa Prefecture. We will continue to pay attention to the reconstruction of Noto without forgetting about it. It is not easy to drink only Noto's sake, but....

We don't drink much Noto sake either 🥲 but we love Hokuriku sake in general 🤗I thought Suehiro was a Fukushima sake, but Noto Suehiro! I've got it in my head now👍
