Nf bapak
This was the first kijoshu I drank at home. It was a completely different sake from Isshaku Suisei's X-factor.
The aroma is quite classic. It has a rich mouthfeel with a yellowish color. However, after a year and a half of storage at room temperature, albeit in a cool and dark place, I think it has lost some of its flavor....
It is now renewed as Chiebijin Kijoshu with kanji characters, and won the gold medal in the premier lukewarm category of the heated sake contest.
