We are here in Ueda, Shinshu for stocking up 🍶.
I'll leave the so called No.1 brand for the first day.
I went to Bessho Onsen on a trip to google famous local sake breweries,
It was a stylish restaurant run by a madam who moved here from Kyoto.
The server tasting was fun 😀.
The server tasting was fun 😀.
And then, I went to the first one I've ever met, Kita-Alps Sake Shop,
I tried for the first time a local sake from the foothills of the North Alps!
Sweet, tasty, rich, high alcohol, all elements attacked with all their might, it was a very high-tension sake!
And the price was surprisingly lowlowlow!
I can't write about it here.
Only in the usual Kamiyamada Hotel room💦.
Shinshu regular sake trip is psycho😍.

Hi Jay & Nobby!
Ueda area in Nagano is not so much affected by inbound tourism, so you can enjoy a relaxing and quiet tour even on weekends 😄 Except for sake 🍶, Umino Inn, Mugonkan and Komoro Kaiko-en were new discovery spots for us!
