I came to Bessho Onsen.
We found a bottle of freshly squeezed new sake from Kamito, so we opened it right away.
It is rough but surprisingly round. I think last year's was more punchy.
I guess freshness prevails 😋.
With rice prices soaring, we are grateful to the brewery for the new sake as usual 🫂.
The soba noodles were from Ogiso Flour Mills😄. ＠水橋@ Yanagicho, we were 65th in the Hexagon. 1 hour to go until opening ⏰. まつちよHello @Mizuhashi 🌞.
I also drank some of Kamidori's Arabashiri.
It was fresh, but I could drink it easily without tingling.
I got 3 bottles of the green label light nigori 😊. ＠水橋Hi, Matsuchiyo 😃
I went to the Hexagon Festival on Friday, the day before the festival, and stopped by the brewery store, but the green label was gone and it was all replaced with Yamae Nishiki Nama Sake 😭.
I'm jealous 🥹. 阿佐波We are here in Ueda, Shinshu for stocking up 🍶.
I'll leave the so called No.1 brand for the first day.

It was a stylish restaurant run by a madam who moved here from Kyoto.

And then, I went to the first one I've ever met, Kita-Alps Sake Shop,
I tried for the first time a local sake from the foothills of the North Alps!
Sweet, tasty, rich, high alcohol, all elements attacked with all their might, it was a very high-tension sake!
And the price was surprisingly lowlowlow!
