YK35, Koshi-tanrei
Both are dry and sharp.
YK35 has a sharper sharpness.
A few days after opening the bottle, it will become rounder and you can enjoy the difference in taste.
Brown sugar-like aroma. It is sweet, rich, and heavy-bodied, but also pungent. With time, the texture will become mellower, but the pungency will increase.
Yellow Narcissus
It is fresh and contains a gentle sweetness.
It is fresh to say the least, but I personally felt that it lacked a little in flavor volume.
FUNAGUCHI (Japanese name for "ship's mouth")
It contains sufficient sweetness and has a strong flavor.
Cosy sake. Because of its high alcohol content and strong flavor, one gou felt like a lot, but it tasted good enough.
It tastes best when heated. It is also delicious at room temperature.
While mellow, it is not too assertive, and you will never get tired of drinking it.
I think it is the best in terms of cost performance.
