I bought this sake at a distributor in Nagasaki. It has a fruity and tasty flavor as if it were unpasteurized sake, even though it is fire-aged. It tastes great for beginners.
The flavor fills the mouth but has a nice sharpness.
The lady at the special store that carries Shigehari-bari, which is rarely seen in the local area, said, "This is the best one yet. No wonder she said, "This is the best.
Sweet, tasty, juicy. A taste that a beginner like me can enjoy. As a Kyushu native, I was happy to find a delicious sake from Nagasaki, which is not a major sake-producing region.
It is moderately acidic, floral, sweet, and very drinkable on its own. At a local distributor, "Please do not spread the word on social media that we are selling it here, limit one bottle per person." The phrase "Please don't spread the word on social networking sites, only one bottle per person.
Oh! Fukuoka, I see! 😆 We had an offline meeting last year and it was fun 👍I do remote offline meetings from time to time, so if you get a chance, please join us! 🤗
Hananoka Shuzo is a sake brewery in Kumamoto that is integrated with agriculture based on the concept of brewing sake that anyone can enjoy drinking. Shrewd with abundant acidity like a sparling. After the gorgeous, fruity taste, it is capped off with a slight astringency and is not clingy. Delicious.
Tanaka Rokujugo is a famous sake from Fukuoka Prefecture. It is a rich, dry sake that is perfect for a meal, with a full flavor of rice and a crisp, not cloying taste. I have to work tomorrow, so that's all for now.
When I was completely unfamiliar with sake, this was the first sake I bought at the supermarket that I thought tasted good. Since then, I gradually became addicted to sake. Today I didn't have time to go to the sake store, so I bought some for the first time in a while at the supermarket and drank it with some cheese, which was outstanding (cheese is great too). It is a sweet but sharp sweet light sake. Thank goodness I can buy it anytime.
My wife went to visit her parents with the kids, so I was drinking alone for the first time in a while. It is a mellow sake with a strong umami flavor. Easy to drink on its own and delicious!
The taste is out of the range of what you would expect. It was quite refreshing and felt like a different genre. It was so different from the sake I had ever tasted before that I kept muttering to myself, "This is totally different (from the past). There was only one bottle left at the distributor, and I looked twice and bought it immediately. I was glad to be able to drink it.
Following on from the Denshu, I've been drinking a lot of Hanemasu from Takahashi Shuzo, a local brewery in Fukuoka. It's easy to drink, but has a refreshing aftertaste, and can be enjoyed as a mid-meal sake. It was delicious. I lost a friend, so I'm going to take tomorrow off to find a new one.
When I was a new employee, I visited an izakaya (Japanese pub) on a business trip to Aomori, and on the recommendation of my boss, I drank my first sake. Since then, even though I'm a novice, I've always had the idea that "Tasake = delicious" in my mind, and after many months, I finally bought some for drinking at home. It is easy to drink, but has a deep flavor. It is still delicious.
There was only one bottle of sake left in an inconspicuous place (the very end of the bottom row) in the special order store. I'm glad I bought it! For a beginner, it was just so rich and delicious. Thank you very much m(_ _)m (to whom?)
