After all this time, I'm still drinking up the summer sake. The mellow, sweet flavor fills the mouth and can be fully enjoyed on its own without pairing. See you next year.
Sake full of umami. When drunk on its own, the umami is felt first, and bitterness is felt in the aftertaste. During a meal, the umami flavor is just enhanced, and it is great.
Sake that is slightly sweet, mellow and yet has a sharp taste that keeps you going. Thank you for your help at the beginning of the year. I look forward to working with you again this year.
A top of the line, top of the line, top of the line, top of the line, top of the line, top of the line, top of the line, top of the line, top of the line, top of the line, top of the line, top of the line.
I saw a bottle of sake from Kinoshita Sake Brewery, whose master brewer is a foreigner, and was curious to buy one. The thrill of putting ice in a wine glass combined with the taste of the moderately dark, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered sake harmonizing with the ice was fantastic! Perfect for summer! I hope to buy another bottle soon!
This sake was introduced to me by a liquor store as a dry sake beginner. It has a good sharpness after a lot of umami. It was delicious as a medium sake with strong dishes such as meat and Chinese food.
Since it is a nama-shu, the taste will naturally deteriorate little by little over time, but even though it is a nama-shu, it is not clingy. It has just the right amount of acidity and umami, and is simply delicious.
It was clean, smooth and dry with a good umami flavor. It was delicious to enjoy a completely different flavor than modern sakes. Perfect for a dry sake beginner like me. I bought a two-pack bottle at a directly-managed store during a business trip to Hokuriku.
The acidity is so strong that the cork flies off when opened. It is fruity and easy to drink anyway. But it is not too sweet and not too strong. I don't usually drink it on weekdays, but since it's my son's birthday, I'm going to drink it on his birthday.
