Sake Tasting 4 Tenranzan Peach Color Nigori Sake MOMO I thought it was Amabuki, but it was not. Alcohol content 8 Rice polishing ratio 65 Sake degree -45 Pink sweet with good acidity. Of the four sake tastings I think this one is my favorite.

GW at Tomoei, a popular eel restaurant Honmaru for the first time in a long time than I remember. I thought it was less smooth than I remembered. but it's still delicious! 2,500 yen for a single brew at a place like this. I'd say it's a reasonable price.

Tasake's One-Cup Junmai Daiginjo A little expensive but but it's good for when you want to drink a little. It's good for when you want to drink a little I think it has a stronger sweetness than other Tasake. It can be enjoyed on its own or as an in-between-dinner drink. Polishing ratio 45
