Although this is also Yamada-Nishiki, it is completely different from the Toichi we drank earlier. It has a nice aroma and is crisp and dry. My favorite type. I love how they matched the cup with the label. I am very happy to see this.

After the baseball game, we had a nice standing drink at Taisho's, Beard and Boin. I felt just a little bit of dense sweetness, but in a good way, it was easy to drink without any peculiarities. It is easy to pair with food. I paired it with obanzai.

Senzuke is the sake that got me into the sake swamp. I like Oorigarami the best, but summer sake is also delicious. It has a sharp taste when just opened, with a strong alcohol taste, maybe melon-like. It is delicious. It is a bottle, so after a week, the alcohol mellows out and it becomes softer and milder. I love Senzuke!

Sake from Shingu, Wakayama, where I visited in April for a marathon. I bought this sake because I heard it was made with water from Nachi Falls. It is a sake, but it tastes very citrusy! It tastes like javara. It's so strange. It's like squeezing the juice of a bellflower into sake. It refreshes and goes well with oily food!

I received this sake from my hometown tax payment in order to help out in any way I can. It is made from edible rice called Notohikari. The recommendation was to drink it at room temperature, but I chilled it in the refrigerator. It tastes good cold, but it has a gorgeous floral aroma that spreads more when it is drunk slowly and the chill has subsided. My favorite sake!

I thought it would be a very masculine sake from the label, but it was easy to drink! It's refreshing, crisp, and has a slight fruity aroma. I like it. It is made from 100% Aomori grown Hanabukiyuki rice, which is a special grade rice. This is the first rice I've ever had. I paired it with firefly squid with green onion. Delicious!

It's been a while since I've been to my usual restaurant. It's Omachi. It has a sweetness and sourness a little like maple syrup. It's a mild and comfortable drink. Is it because of the high acidity? It was different from my image of Omachi. It is deep.

I had always wanted to come to this restaurant, Jyu. It was a nice place. The sake I chose was Dokure, which is labeled as an amazing sake from Kure. At first sip, I felt a slight sourness, but when paired with food, it was very good. As one would expect from a master brewer, he made the sake he wanted to make himself. It is a sake that goes very well with food.

Lunch drinking party At Kemupar, a smoked bar. A gorgeous, sweet and delicious place, totally different from the image of Yamahai. I didn't know Hanabai was yeast-free! I was surprised at how good it smells. I was happy with smoked firefly squid and shishamo.

A reward for the day after the ultra-marathon I ran after 3 weeks of sobriety. At the Katsuura Fishing Port Nigiwai Market. My tongue was not right and I felt a little acidic, but this must be due to my physical condition. Kido is always good. The bowl of rice topped with local fish was delicious. I am happy.

Purchased at Yamanaka Sake Shop. The rice is Yamadanishiki and Hachitanishiki. I bought it because I remember drinking a bottle at a store some years ago and enjoying it. It was fruity like melon, but not sweet and refreshing. The price is great, too, at around 1,200 yen! I'm going to be abstaining from alcohol for about 20 days starting tomorrow for a marathon race. This was the last drink I had before I quit drinking and it was delicious!

This is the first brand I've ever had. Koi Omachi is also new to me. I heard it is a member of the Omachi family. How could it not be delicious? When you put it in your mouth, it is fruity like a muscat, but not sweet at all. It has a sharp aftertaste. It's still delicious!

Sake rice called Gin-Otome, nice to meet you. The label talked about strawberries, and my brain was completely turned to strawberries. Strawberry sweetness and a hint of sourness. It's a very cute and delicious sake. It makes me feel like a girl.

At my usual sake lunchtime drinking place. My neighbor told me that although it is Omachi, it is a manly sake. The first sip was definitely manly, but the aftertaste was fruity like a muscat. From the second sip, the fruity aftertaste is more pronounced than the "manly" one. I would like to pair it with food!

My favorite Junqing. It's only available at Yamanaka Sake Shop. The rice is Aizan. The aroma is somewhere between rum and muscat. The taste is a little bit sweet and soothing.

This is my first time drinking this brand. It's from Kumamoto and has a sake level of -20, but it's not too sweet, and it's very floral. It makes my mouth a flower garden, but the aftertaste is refreshing. I like it.

Rice called So no Mai. It's my first time. How do you read it? I don't think it's "So-no-mai". It is made with very hard water with a hardness of 240. It is refreshing, yet slightly fruity. Easy to drink and delicious. The label is modern.
