Sake that is clean and refreshing like green apples but also rugged 🍶. The sense of ruggedness is calmed down compared to last year's 80% rice polishing ratio, but I couldn't tell that much because this year's theme is "secret" lol. It was a fun sake to drink without any preconceptions ♫

Impressive sake with a delicate sweetness and melting mouthfeel 🍶. Compared to other Akabusu, the sweetness of the rice is so delicate that I drank it in gulps ^^;;. I am glad to have more opportunities to taste sake made with Sake Mirai developed by Takagi Shuzo: ☺️

My personal No.1 sake of last year 🍶. However, this year's sake lacked the mildness and richness of Akabu no Kohaku, which I was drinking with it, and had a more refreshing taste (last year's sake was outstanding...) I looked at the label and saw that it had changed from 100% Aiyama to 80% Aiyama and 20% Yamadanishiki. I noticed after drinking it that it was corrected with a sticker on top of the original label💦. I personally liked last year's better, for better or worse, so I hope it will be 100% Aizan again ♫

Slightly effervescent sake with a fruity sweetness 🍶. I like the taste of all Houou Mita sakes, but this one was a little too sweet, so I personally prefer it to be a little more relaxed. By the way, it was a big hit with my acquaintances.

Sake that is fizzy and you can feel the sweetness of rice in the front 🍶. It's not a fruity sweet fizzy sake, it's a fizzy sake with a fizzy finish and I personally think it's the most fizzy sake I've ever had. I opened a bottle when I had a sake party at home, but it was so popular that it ran out quickly lol.

The taste of green apple comes at first, and then the richness of the rice comes at the end. The mouthfeel is very drinkable, which I personally think is typical of Tengu Mai ♫. My wife's favorite brand and we bought a bottle because it runs out quickly.

The fruity sweetness comes first, followed immediately by the umami of the rice, a new sensation that I personally have never had before. The sake was very sharp, probably due to the fire-roasting process, and was gone in no time without getting tired of drinking it ^^;;. Personally, this is the best sake of the year ♫
