Muscat & melon type fruity impression 🍶.
I was excited because I had never seen this one-cup before while I thought it was more sharp than I expected and would be easy to match with various dishes.
Sake with a full-bodied sweetness from the rice.
It has a slight effervescence and is relatively refreshing to drink without the melon sweetness that you may find in other shizen go.
Impressive sake with a delicate sweetness and melting mouthfeel 🍶.
Compared to other Akabusu, the sweetness of the rice is so delicate that I drank it in gulps ^^;;.
I am glad to have more opportunities to taste sake made with Sake Mirai developed by Takagi Shuzo: ☺️
My personal No.1 sake of last year 🍶.
However, this year's sake lacked the mildness and richness of Akabu no Kohaku, which I was drinking with it, and had a more refreshing taste (last year's sake was outstanding...) I looked at the label and saw that it had changed from 100% Aiyama to 80% Aiyama and 20% Yamadanishiki. I noticed after drinking it that it was corrected with a sticker on top of the original label💦.
I personally liked last year's better, for better or worse, so I hope it will be 100% Aizan again ♫
Slightly effervescent sake with a fruity sweetness 🍶.
I like the taste of all Houou Mita sakes, but this one was a little too sweet, so I personally prefer it to be a little more relaxed.
By the way, it was a big hit with my acquaintances.
My favorite Akabu Amber ♫
It has a subtle melon-like fruity flavor and a nice long finish that I repeat every year 🍶.
It's a bottle I look forward to every year 😊.
You can feel the full flavor and sweetness of rice 🍶.
The sake was hearty and satisfying, and I could taste it without getting tired of it. I could think "Sake is delicious!
Shinshu Kamerei is my favorite sake.
It is a sweet but refreshing sake with a fruity aroma like muscat 🍶.
It is a bottle that you want to drink cooled down during the hot season because it is slightly effervescent and refreshing.
By the way, part of the proceeds from the sale goes to animal protection activities!
Sake that is fizzy and you can feel the sweetness of rice in the front 🍶.
It's not a fruity sweet fizzy sake, it's a fizzy sake with a fizzy finish and I personally think it's the most fizzy sake I've ever had.
I opened a bottle when I had a sake party at home, but it was so popular that it ran out quickly lol.
The refreshing sweetness and the crispness of the acidity are still present in this sake 🍶.
Mimuro Sugi is a brand that I would like to drink more of in the future 🎵.
The taste of green apple comes at first, and then the richness of the rice comes at the end.
The mouthfeel is very drinkable, which I personally think is typical of Tengu Mai ♫.
My wife's favorite brand and we bought a bottle because it runs out quickly.
The fruity sweetness comes first, followed immediately by the umami of the rice, a new sensation that I personally have never had before.
The sake was very sharp, probably due to the fire-roasting process, and was gone in no time without getting tired of drinking it ^^;;.
Personally, this is the best sake of the year ♫
A refreshing and crisp sake that you will never get tired of drinking.
Personally, I think it is a non-habit-forming sake that can be matched with any food ♫
A fruity, fresh and refreshing sake 🍶.
It is also offered to restaurants as a food sake among Sairai!
This is a brand that we support because it is a local sake from Saitama Prefecture ♫
It is a sake that combines the deliciousness of rice with a clear aroma and a sharp taste.
I sometimes have a chance to drink Isoboast, but every time I drink it, I think it is my favorite sake ♫.
Melon-like fruity and mellow aroma & taste 🍶.
Shizenigo is a more fruity and slightly heavier brand than Masamune, which is my personal favorite brand ♫.
I think people who like Akabu Junmai would like it too.
It has a juicy flavor and tastes great cold or at room temperature.
This is my first time drinking this brand and I had no preconceived notions about it, but it has a full flavor and volume that I thought many people would like.
I had visited Suehiro Shuzo before, but at that time I had just started drinking sake and didn't think much of it, but I realized again that I was visiting a good brewery. ☺️
Hi Hiroki Yoshida 😃
Congratulations on your 100+ check-ins at ㊗️ 🎉Genzai! We had ours a while ago 😋 and you're right! It's so good that it's going to be very popular 🤗There are a lot of good sake from Aizu 😋.
Thank you for your comment 😊
I also go to Aizu for sake brewery tours and all of them are really good. ❗️
By the way, it was the Aizu Chusho that got me hooked on sake 🎵
