Sake with a full-bodied sweetness from the rice.
It has a slight effervescence and is relatively refreshing to drink without the melon sweetness that you may find in other shizen go.

Impressive sake with a delicate sweetness and melting mouthfeel 🍶.
Compared to other Akabusu, the sweetness of the rice is so delicate that I drank it in gulps ^^;;.
I am glad to have more opportunities to taste sake made with Sake Mirai developed by Takagi Shuzo: ☺️

My personal No.1 sake of last year 🍶.
However, this year's sake lacked the mildness and richness of Akabu no Kohaku, which I was drinking with it, and had a more refreshing taste (last year's sake was outstanding...) I looked at the label and saw that it had changed from 100% Aiyama to 80% Aiyama and 20% Yamadanishiki. I noticed after drinking it that it was corrected with a sticker on top of the original label💦.
I personally liked last year's better, for better or worse, so I hope it will be 100% Aizan again ♫

This is my first time drinking this brand and I had no preconceived notions about it, but it has a full flavor and volume that I thought many people would like.
