Ni-Rabbit is sold only once a year during this season.
The name means "a wolf in a rabbit's skin making sake instead of a rabbit" and the concept is to make a sake that is not made by Ni Usagi every year.
This year's sake was made with 80% polished rice, and the rice was hardly cut at all, so we could feel the flavor of the rice in this robust sake.
