I stopped by Ueda on my way back home. and bought a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei. We started with this one first 🐢🐢🐢. I bought another bottle of the same one. But when I took it out of the cellar a few days later, I broke it. I broke it 😭. Too sad. Rice: Nagano Miyamanishiki Alcohol content: 15 degrees Celsius Rice polishing ratio: 55
