They said they recommend it because they almost never make orikara-mi.

I thought it was a good sake with excellent cosmetics when I drank Junmai Ginjo, so I tried Junmai Daiginjo.
As a result, I didn't like it very much.

I was impressed that it could be made so delicious despite the high rice polishing ratio.
It has a good balance of rummy and fizzy sensations, and for the first time, I finished a 4-goupe bottle in one day!

It has a strong flavor, but I don't know if this is because it is unfiltered or because it is unpasteurized.
Personally, I prefer a more fruity and gaseous taste.
