720 about 2000 yen I wanted to drink Kangiku, so I looked it up and found it handled. I also found it on Instagram as a new release. They said they recommend it because they almost never make orikara-mi. The result was very satisfying! Just the right amount of fruity with a touch of rummy. The gasiness is not too strong and pleasant. I'd like to try other tastes such as Aizan in the future!

720 about 2000 yen Purchased because it is a spring sake recommended by the owner. It was introduced as a very well-made sake with a gaseous and fruity taste. It was more mellow than I expected, and I felt not only gorgeousness but also strength. I thought I would prefer a more gaseous and fruity sake.

Sweet and sour and fruity. It is said that using white yeast (usually yellow yeast, apparently) produces a sour taste that is mainly derived from citric acid. The first impression is that it has a strong sweetness, but the acidity spreads to the back of the mouth, and there is a lingering bitter taste that is refreshing. Although it is fruity, it did not go badly with other snacks such as pickled bamboo shoots and chicken skin! Rice polishing ratio: 65 Sake rice→100% Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture Alcohol content: 13%.

It was the first time I went to this place and I found this shop by chance. I asked the manager to choose a recommendation. The scent is very fruity, smells like banana and melon. The taste is smooth and tasty, sweetness and umami come, and a little bitterness comes. I didn't know this brand, but I think I will become a fan.

I've drunk Tsukuyumi and Aizu Shikon before, and both were delicious. The level of sake in Aizu is high.
