最近日本酒にハマりました。 記録用に運用します。 純米吟醸中心に飲んでいこうと思います。 近くに良い酒屋が複数あるので週1本ペースで頑張ります。 フルーティかつ発泡感のある華やかなタイプが好みです。 追い求めていきたいと思っていますが、好きなタイプは入手困難なものも多いと思い始めました。 なかなか自宅で嗜むには費用がかかるのでハマるときは集中的に飲んでしまいます。

720 about 2000 yen I wanted to drink Kangiku, so I looked it up and found it handled. I also found it on Instagram as a new release. They said they recommend it because they almost never make orikara-mi. The result was very satisfying! Just the right amount of fruity with a touch of rummy. The gasiness is not too strong and pleasant. I'd like to try other tastes such as Aizan in the future!

720 about 1600 yen I thought it was a good sake with excellent cosmetics when I drank Junmai Ginjo, so I tried Junmai Daiginjo. As a result, I didn't like it very much. The aroma in the mouth was worse than that of Junmai Ginjo, and I got the impression that it was like cheap packaged sake. I had high expectations for this sake, but all I can say is that I am disappointed.

It was more mellow than I expected, and I felt not only gorgeousness but also strength. I thought I would prefer a more gaseous and fruity sake.

720 about 1800 yen? I've been curious about it since I compared it with Hana-yoku at work. When I drank a freshly opened bottle, I thought to myself, "Was it like this when I drank it before? Was it like this when I drank it before? I felt The pineapple flavor was a little lighter, and there was no gassy feeling. When I drank it on the second day, it became more fruity and a little gassy. On the fourth day, the expression changed again, and the impression was somewhere between freshly opened and second day. I am looking forward to the last glass to see if the impression will change when I drink it again.

720 2200 yen First time for me to drink Masamune. I was impressed that it could be made so delicious despite the high rice polishing ratio. It has a good balance of rummy and fizzy sensations, and for the first time, I finished a 4-goupe bottle in one day! Up until now, Kaze no Mori was my favorite, but this one seems to have jumped to the top! That's how much I like it! Incidentally, I was impressed that I could drink this much after opening a bottle of sparkling wine, taking into account that I wanted to drink it!

It has a strong flavor, but I don't know if this is because it is unfiltered or because it is unpasteurized. Personally, I prefer a more fruity and gaseous taste.

At Papa's friend's house He told me that they don't sell online and you can only buy it at a special distributor. He happened to be able to buy it at a local liquor store. The mouthfeel is fresh and fruity, and even though it's a draft sake, you don't feel much gas. The aftertaste is smooth and disappears without any cloying taste. Fruity but not too fruity. I thought it was not too assertive in a good sense.

The fruity taste is not as fruity as I expected, but the carbonation is well combined with the fruity taste. The coarseness of the light nigori accentuates the finish and makes it easy to drink. Since it seemed to be available for tasting, I would like to try a variety of drinks next time and then carefully select my favorite.

I bought it on impulse without any prior knowledge of the design and with the preconceived notion that it would taste good if it was made by hand. I found out that the letters of the alphabet have a meaning, and the "H" stands for "Junmai". When I drank it, I found that it had a fresh taste with a slightly fizzy mouthfeel, not unlike Junmai, but not as fruity as it should be. However, the moderate carbonation makes it easy to drink. I thought it was good as a food sake because it did not interfere with food.
