It is interesting that the expression of the same hana-yosu can change considerably depending on the rice used for sake.

I drank a bottle of sake for the first time in a long time.
I've been drinking it outside, but it's been a while since I've had it at home, and I've had an unopened bottle of Hana-yosu sitting on the shelf for a long time.
It was my birthday, so my wife bought it for me at a pop-up store.
It was my first time drinking this brand, and I didn't even recognize it until she gave it to me!
Price-wise, it is very expensive considering it is junmai sake and only 500ml!
I honestly don't know if it's worth the price.
However, it was not a bad sake to drink on a special occasion with a special person to make you feel special.

The result is less... than the Ginkaze.
Pineapple flavor is weak and lacks fruity.

I've never had Niimasa, so I don't know what No. 6 yeast is, but I thought it had a very elegant flavor.
The freshness of Kaze no Mori, a little less gassy, but instead a very elegant aroma and taste that lingers on the tongue.
It made me think that Shinsei must be even better!
