最近日本酒にハマりました。 記録用に運用します。 純米吟醸中心に飲んでいこうと思います。 近くに良い酒屋が複数あるので週1本ペースで頑張ります。 フルーティかつ発泡感のある華やかなタイプが好みです。 追い求めていきたいと思っていますが、好きなタイプは入手困難なものも多いと思い始めました。 なかなか自宅で嗜むには費用がかかるのでハマるときは集中的に飲んでしまいます。

720 about 1700 yen Seasonal sake, recommended when I requested something fruity. You can really feel the carbonation. The fruity taste is not as fruity as I expected, but the carbonation is well combined with the fruity taste. The coarseness of the light nigori accentuates the finish and makes it easy to drink. Since it seemed to be available for tasting, I would like to try a variety of drinks next time and then carefully select my favorite.

720 about 2000 yen Purchased because of the impressive bottle design. I bought it on impulse without any prior knowledge of the design and with the preconceived notion that it would taste good if it was made by hand. I found out that the letters of the alphabet have a meaning, and the "H" stands for "Junmai". When I drank it, I found that it had a fresh taste with a slightly fizzy mouthfeel, not unlike Junmai, but not as fruity as it should be. However, the moderate carbonation makes it easy to drink. I thought it was good as a food sake because it did not interfere with food.

Unlike doburoku and nigori sake, it has a great sense of liveliness, and the richness, sweetness, and gaseousness can be felt in good balance. At a company sake party I could especially feel the carbonation and gassiness. As I drank more and more, I couldn't really taste the umami, but the carbonation was probably my favorite. I could only drink a small amount of sake, so I would like to drink it again to see how it tastes.

After the fruity taste, there is a sweetness like ramune. I thought it was a special sake that was elegant and could be tasted all around like champagne. 720ml, about 1300 yen I bought this sake after reading the comments about other brands of Sake-no-Wa, but it is a refreshing junmai sake with no characteristics as I expected. Some people like it, but for those who prefer fruity sake, it doesn't stick to them at all. It might be better to drink it with a glass of sake.

Purchased on a trip to Chichibu If you go to the main store, you can get a limited edition brewed in Omachi, so this is what I came for. Chichibu Nishiki is more sweet than fruity. I think Chichibu Nishiki is lighter than fruity. The finish is easy to drink even though it has Omachi's characteristic weightiness. Instead of being gaseous and gorgeous, it has just the right balance of heaviness and just the right amount of sweetness to make it pleasant. If I have a chance to visit Chichibu again, I would definitely buy it!
