Purchased as a set with Junmai (special junmai notation).
The taste is the same as the special honjozo.
It is light, dry, and easy to drink.
We enjoyed it with grilled eel on the day of the ox in Doyou.
The special junmai is a junmai with a different bottle color. This one had more flavor and was more drinkable. It feels a little heavier than the special honjozo.
