I was able to capture Kuwagata.
I felt it was more umami and gassy dry than sweet.
We enjoyed it while watching the Itabashi Fireworks Festival and eating grilled edamame, kushikatsu, gyoza, yakisoba, and beef stew.
You can drink it in the hot summer.
