You can feel the tingling in your mouth and throat. You can feel the ginjo aroma, though it is not strong, and the color is a little yellow. I'm not sure if the word "wooden vat" pulled me in, but the first sip also had a faint woody aroma😅. It was a very refreshing, muscat-like fresh sake with slightly stronger acidity✨. The juiciness of the schwag is addictive and delicious😁.

I've never had a kijoshu before, and this was my first time trying one! I was so curious to buy it because it's a noble sake and it's raw! It has a stylish label that doesn't look like sake! It smells like cotton candy! It also has a hint of acidity. The color is yellow. The taste is a savory sweetness of caramel and pomegranate, with some acidity and bitterness! It tastes like plum wine or apricot wine. It's not as sweet and sticky as regular sake, so I think I prefer regular sake😅.

Delicious ✨. Smell is very high pineapple and muscat kind of refreshing! Smells amazing✨. Color is slightly yellow, almost transparent. The tingling sensation you can feel from the tip of your tongue to the back of your throat. The taste is so fruity you'd think it had fruit juice in it, and it's clean and refreshing with no bitterness! The sweetness is crisp. The fruity sweetness of this refreshing drink is very tasty😁.

I bought a Junmai Ginjo the other day and it was delicious, so I bought a Junmai Daiginjo. The aroma of the fruit and the sweetness of the rice is better than Junmai Ginjo. The label says it is "the ultimate food juggernaut," but as a food juggernaut, the Junmai Ginjo has a more refreshing taste and is better suited for this. The aftertaste is similar to both and nice and clean and crisp. I enjoyed drinking it with cold sake ✨

I've never tried Aisan sake before, so I bought it because I wanted to drink Aisan! It has a dense, sweet aroma that is high. Most sweet sake would have a fluffy sweetness the moment you drink it, but this one started out smooth and gentle on the palate, with a mix of sweetness and a bit of bitterness along the way, and ended with a lingering sweetness on the palate. The color is slightly yellowish. It's mellow, so there's not much acidity. It was a delicious drink with a sweet lingering taste ✨

Sweet! It's just so sweet! The sweetness is somewhere between fruity sweetness and rice sweetness. It is very smooth in the mouth. The color is almost transparent. The aroma is mild but gorgeous. It would be perfect if there was a refreshing acidity to tighten it up a bit, as it is sweet from start to finish. It's a junmai daiginjo of Yamada Nishiki, and yet it's a great cosmetically delicious one!

It's my favorite drink! Enochi was delicious, but Masanochi is awesome too ✨ A wine that's synonymous with fruity, aroma and taste great! Pineapple aroma. It has a fruity pineapple sweetness and a clean aftertaste with no bitterness. The color is almost transparent. I'm lucky if I can get it at the right time because it's gone in an instant at the stores I frequent, so I have to get it at the right time 😄. If they sell it again, it's an instant buy.

This is the first time I've had a Hiroshima sake. The aroma has a nice fresh fruity aroma with alcohol and a nice twang to the nose. The taste is faintly sweet with a touch of bitterness. The color is almost transparent, but with a yellowish hue. I felt the bitterness was stronger and I would have liked it to be a little more subdued, but it's a very fragrant drink! 👍️
