I've never had a kijoshu before, and this was my first time trying one! I was so curious to buy it because it's a noble sake and it's raw! It has a stylish label that doesn't look like sake! It smells like cotton candy! It also has a hint of acidity. The color is yellow. The taste is a savory sweetness of caramel and pomegranate, with some acidity and bitterness! It tastes like plum wine or apricot wine. It's not as sweet and sticky as regular sake, so I think I prefer regular sake😅.
