When I was in Osaka about 3 years ago, I didn't see the bottle, so I don't know what kind it was, but I drank "Shichibon鎗" at the store and it was very good, so I bought it! This one has a mild aroma and a faint woody scent. The color is a little yellowish. It has a tingling sensation and is refreshing. It has a slight bitterness and a good sharpness. It is a beautiful sake that is easy to drink and suitable for sipping✨.

My favorite sake in the Impression series by Saku Enochi✨. Aroma: Refreshing aroma like green apple Color: Slightly yellowish Taste: fruity with a clean aftertaste. It is easy to drink with little bitterness. It is more fizzy than Enochi. It is a very beautiful sake. Impression M is also delicious ☺️Saku is still No.1 for me✨.

Good evening, Mr. Roo! I drank "M" too! It's really delicious. The IMPRESSION series. I'm looking for "G," "H," and "N," too.

@Shishigami. Thanks for your comment! I've only had the M in the Impression series, but I love the crop, so I'm going to try to compare different ones ✨.

The other day, I drank a bottle of Bon, which had been heated just before shipping, and it was very good, so I bought the unfiltered raw version of the same series to compare! The aroma is fresher in the unpasteurized version. The color is the same, with a yellowish tinge. It tastes sweeter first, then bitter and gassy at the end. I also felt a little sourness. I preferred the once-heated version I had before😄.

Beautiful, unctuous, very easy drinking sake! The aroma is very sweet - a syrupy ginjo aroma. The taste is mellow and easy to drink without any peculiarities, and the bitterness is slight and almost nonexistent. It is a sake that can be drunk smoothly😄. It was delicious✨.

The scent is refreshing and a bit like a tart soda. The color is faintly yellow. It tastes like a melon! I also felt the bitter taste well.

You can feel the tingling in your mouth and throat. You can feel the ginjo aroma, though it is not strong, and the color is a little yellow. I'm not sure if the word "wooden vat" pulled me in, but the first sip also had a faint woody aroma😅. It was a very refreshing, muscat-like fresh sake with slightly stronger acidity✨. The juiciness of the schwag is addictive and delicious😁.

I've never had a kijoshu before, and this was my first time trying one! I was so curious to buy it because it's a noble sake and it's raw! It has a stylish label that doesn't look like sake! It smells like cotton candy! It also has a hint of acidity. The color is yellow. The taste is a savory sweetness of caramel and pomegranate, with some acidity and bitterness! It tastes like plum wine or apricot wine. It's not as sweet and sticky as regular sake, so I think I prefer regular sake😅.

I wonder if it is similar to noble rot wine. I've never had it, so I'd like to try it.

Delicious ✨. Smell is very high pineapple and muscat kind of refreshing! Smells amazing✨. Color is slightly yellow, almost transparent. The tingling sensation you can feel from the tip of your tongue to the back of your throat. The taste is so fruity you'd think it had fruit juice in it, and it's clean and refreshing with no bitterness! The sweetness is crisp. The fruity sweetness of this refreshing drink is very tasty😁.

The aroma is a high fruity ginjo aroma with no peculiarities. As it is a nama-shu, it has a gassy, slightly tingly and slightly fizzy taste. The color is slightly yellow, almost transparent, with a slight white cloudiness due to the air bubbles of the nama-shu. The taste is fruity and crisp, with a good balance of sweetness and acidity, and a clean aftertaste. A lot of sake has a bitter aftertaste, but this sake has less bitterness! I thought ✨. It was very tasty👍️. I've never had Omachi in mind, but I bought this because I wanted to drink Omachi, and it was delicious✨.

The aroma is high on the mellow aroma. The initial mouthfeel was torrid and mellow, but there was a faint tingling sensation due to the acidity. The color is almost transparent. The mellow and strong aroma made me think it was heavy, but when I tried it, I got the impression it was very light and smooth. It was clear and smooth to drink, but it was thin, so I wanted a little sweeter fruity flavor. It was light, but I could feel the aftertaste. The aroma was good 👍️. postscript On the third day after opening, the taste changed from the first day, with an initial sweetness and a bitterness at the end.

The sourness came immediately after I drank this drink 😳 I was surprised by the initial impact, which was different from other drinks. Then the ginjo aroma spread in my mouth and out to my nose, and the end is crisp and refreshing. The color is a bit yellow. The aroma was mild and slightly sweet ginjoic, but the sourness was impressive, with a sourness that I enjoyed more as the ginjoic aroma spread in my mouth than in my nose.

I bought a Junmai Ginjo the other day and it was delicious, so I bought a Junmai Daiginjo. The aroma of the fruit and the sweetness of the rice is better than Junmai Ginjo. The label says it is "the ultimate food juggernaut," but as a food juggernaut, the Junmai Ginjo has a more refreshing taste and is better suited for this. The aftertaste is similar to both and nice and clean and crisp. I enjoyed drinking it with cold sake ✨

I've never tried Aisan sake before, so I bought it because I wanted to drink Aisan! It has a dense, sweet aroma that is high. Most sweet sake would have a fluffy sweetness the moment you drink it, but this one started out smooth and gentle on the palate, with a mix of sweetness and a bit of bitterness along the way, and ended with a lingering sweetness on the palate. The color is slightly yellowish. It's mellow, so there's not much acidity. It was a delicious drink with a sweet lingering taste ✨

Easy to drink! It's just so easy to drink! This is my impression. I am a drinker who enjoys the taste of sake on its own, so I don't often pair sake with meals. It has a mild aroma, and the colour is almost transparent. The aroma is mild, and the colour is almost transparent. I am not familiar enough with sake to describe the taste of Yamahai, so I can't describe it, but it is easy to drink, but there is a hint of character, so this is the taste of Yamahai! I was drinking it while thinking about it 😄.

Sweet! It's just so sweet! The sweetness is somewhere between fruity sweetness and rice sweetness. It is very smooth in the mouth. The color is almost transparent. The aroma is mild but gorgeous. It would be perfect if there was a refreshing acidity to tighten it up a bit, as it is sweet from start to finish. It's a junmai daiginjo of Yamada Nishiki, and yet it's a great cosmetically delicious one!

As soon as you drink it, you can feel the deliciousness of the rice. The bitterness that comes afterwards gives it a sharp edge. The aroma is mild and slightly oaky. The color is almost transparent.
