I bought a Junmai Ginjo the other day and it was delicious, so I bought a Junmai Daiginjo. The aroma of the fruit and the sweetness of the rice is better than Junmai Ginjo. The label says it is "the ultimate food juggernaut," but as a food juggernaut, the Junmai Ginjo has a more refreshing taste and is better suited for this. I've never tried Aisan sake before, so I bought it because I wanted to drink Aisan! It has a dense, sweet aroma that is high. Most sweet sake would have a fluffy sweetness the moment you drink it, but this one started out smooth and gentle on the palate, with a mix of sweetness and a bit of bitterness along the way, and ended with a lingering sweetness on the palate. It's my favorite drink! Enochi was delicious, but Masanochi is awesome too ✨ A wine that's synonymous with fruity, aroma and taste great! Pineapple aroma. It has a fruity pineapple sweetness and a clean aftertaste with no bitterness. The color is almost transparent. 本日福島の日本酒2つ飲みました！ こちらは独特な印象の南国のフルーツ系の吟醸香を高く感じます。 最初穏やかな甘味から入り、それが途中まろやかに感じ、酸味で最後は締まる印象。 色は黄色かかってる。 私は好きな味ですね。美味しかったです。
