The other day, I drank a bottle of Bon, which had been heated just before shipping, and it was very good, so I bought the unfiltered raw version of the same series to compare! The aroma is fresher in the unpasteurized version. The color is the same, with a yellowish tinge. It tastes sweeter first, then bitter and gassy at the end. I also felt a little sourness. I preferred the once-heated version I had before😄.
