At room temperature
Gentle and wholesome, you can drink it all the time.
The graininess is just right ◎.
I can understand why the store owner said it tastes best at room temperature.
It was delicious,
Delicious~!
This is a great toast,
Unsparkled cat didn't resonate that much with me personally, but this is amazing 🫶.
The bubbles refresh me, but the balance of firm sweetness and acidity is just right!
Be careful with this one, the liquor store is really energetic...! It was rather hard to open as I was told 😂.
Melon-banana type aroma?
After all, all of the sake from this brewery has a classical sake feel at its core.
The umami spreads out slowly, with a hint of sweetness.
It finishes with an astringent taste.
It has a strong but not deep and light impression.
Hello Mayo 😃
The color of the bottle makes me feel the freshness and freshness of the tropics 😃 Naruto Tai is a brand I sometimes buy, but this light nigori is new to me. I don't see any introduction on the internet, but maybe it is only available in your hometown?
Souvenir one-cup from a friend: ☺︎
I was so surprised at how delicious it was ᾮ!
I was surprised at how delicious it was 🫢.
From the brewery's website👇.
It is a sweet and sour sake that makes the most of "acidity," a light and pleasant sake that can be drunk in the daytime when the "sun" is shining, or on a Sunday when tomorrow is work. The sake rice is made from the legendary "Kame-no-o" sake rice grown under contract by the YS Agri-Plant (which operates the Sorano Terrace), an agricultural corporation in Nishikawa, Nishigama-ku, Tokyo.
A rich caramelized taste that is typical of Tsuchida
but with a crisp aftertaste.
Aroma is fresh and a little herbal.
Very tasty ☺️
It was a perfect match for the aqua pazza with seafood and vegetable broth.
Purchased directly from the warehouse on a trip to Nagano 🫶.
Fresh aroma like white grapes.
Fruity and soft sweetness, but surprisingly dry.
Easy to drink and easy to adjust to.
Goes well with minestrone
Juicy and not too sweet for a chrysanthemum?
Usually, I imagine the sweetness and flavor spreading downwards in my mouth, but this one seems to have an upward sweetness and flavor.
I thought it would be more juicy because it is from Aizan..!
I heard a rumor that it will explode after a few days, so I'll wait and see: ☺️
After 2 days, the usual juiciness came out!
The flavor is robust, but the bitterness keeps it balanced.
It goes very well with beef shabu-shabu.
6 days later
The corners have been completely removed and the wine is round and juicy.
But the bitter and sour taste tightens it up...
Very delicious 🥺🫶.
It was perfect with creamed cabbage rolls .
I drank this sake thinking it was a "Mori-Ba-Ri" Gohyakumangoku Nama-Shu, but it gave me a completely different impression!
The initial freshness is the same.
More umami than Ihyakumangoku!
I can also taste the bitterness that comes from the umami.
But it is not too assertive and smart.
Is it still hard on the first day?
After 3 days, it has become rounder and a little bit of gentle sweetness has appeared, which is delicious. ☺️
Goes great with pork shabu-shabu ◎
shogot1978.
Sawaya Matsumoto is really delicious 🥰I love it too 🥰.
I see you like mayonnaise too 🌼.
My nickname is "Mayo" so I use this image 🫢 sorry for the confusion! LOL!
It starts with a soft sweetness.
The sweetness begins with a soft sweetness, and then spreads in the mouth. The flavor spreads in your mouth
and then it finishes cleanly and beautifully.
I loved it so much,
I'll be happy if I can buy it next year.
Scent is mild.
The way it blends in is hard to believe that it is 90% polished rice.
(different from beautiful...)
Sweetness, acidity and a little bitterness
A little bit of tingling sensation that is typical of nama-zake
I thought it would go well with the sweetness of the meat and potatoes, but the sourness stood out strangely. 🙅♀️
Oven-baked green pepper,
The sweetness with a hint of bitterness and astringency was a good match.
After 10 days
The tingling sensation has calmed down, and the lactic acid aroma has become stronger.
I think the sweetness has also increased a little.
It goes well with sauteed garland chrysanthemum and bacon salad (soy sauce and lemon) 🥺.
I like it cold when I drink it by itself, but when I drink it with sauteed garland chrysanthemum, I like it at room temperature!
Warmed up 🍶.
Not so much sweetness
Soft umami
It's got a nice sharpness (alcohol?) too. It also has a good sharpness (alcohol?), so it goes well with Spanish Mackerel.
Warmed up 🍶.
Mellow and gentle, but with depth.
The graininess in the latter half of the taste? A bit of graininess or full-bodied? Suki☺️
Refreshing aftertaste
Delicious with a slight aftertaste.
It has a profound sweetness that reminds me of Kijo sake or Shaoxing sake.
(Surprisingly, the sweetness is crisp and clean)
In addition, there is a strong but mild acidity with a hint of koji.
It is best served at room temperature or warmed up.
I would like to drink it with beef or game,
Spiced dishes are also great!
I'm going to buy some for home later.
I liked it too much with Bean-curd soup!
It was so delicious that I almost got tired of a bottle, which is rare for me.
The spiced lamb meat is not bad, but the "Oze no Kido" from Tsuchida is better suited to it.
I think a more robust meat would be better!
