Juicy and not too sweet for a chrysanthemum?
Usually, I imagine the sweetness and flavor spreading downwards in my mouth, but this one seems to have an upward sweetness and flavor.
I thought it would be more juicy because it is from Aizan..!
I heard a rumor that it will explode after a few days, so I'll wait and see: ☺️
After 2 days, the usual juiciness came out!
The flavor is robust, but the bitterness keeps it balanced.
It goes very well with beef shabu-shabu.
