We will have it with tempura on the last day of GW.
It was a souvenir from my brothers' visit to Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route and I let it sit for a few months. 🤭
It's delicious with a sweet rice taste and a punchy sharpness, as only sake can be 😋❕.
It's not a modern sake with a gorgeous aroma, but I quite like this type of sake.
I think it would be delicious heated up.
This sake was made by Tomikiku Shuzo, the brewer of Haneya.
