Today's snacks are sashimi and dried hokke (hokke is a dried fish), so I took this out of the fridge, which I bought at Echigo Yuzawa station on a ski ⛷️ trip in February.
I used to drink Kouzen Nyosui whenever I went skiing, and I have the impression that it is really as light and dry as water, just like its name.
When I drank it, it had a sweet lychee-like aroma and mouthfeel that was firmly in the modern style. I'll give it a try 🤭.
The light and dry taste like in the past came after the sweet taste, giving the impression of twice the taste in one bottle (if you know this phrase, you know how old I am) 🤣.
