We made a reservation at a local brewery and purchased a bottle. We were able to speak with the brewery and were told that they will be working through the night that day. Amazing. Felt slightly carbonated. Fruity and fresh, well balanced, very satisfying. Will definitely buy again next year.

Tenmei I received the leap issue (Nakadori) once every four years. Since it was New Year's, it was a bit pricey, but I bought it. It is fruity but clean and easy to drink. I will buy it again in 4 years.

Limited edition brewed in 2018. Got it at a liquor store near Akita station. Bought it with the phrase "sake made for sake lovers". It has a good aroma with a strong sake taste.
