This sake is sold at the ropeway in Tsugaike Kogen. I was told that it is only available in Kotani-mura, so I bought it after a long hesitation.
It has a very mild taste, probably due to the fact that it is aged in the snow.
It has a high alcohol content of 16%, which makes it very rich, but it is easy to drink because there is no cloying taste.
I had underestimated it as a sake for tourist spots, but it has a good balance of freshness and weight, and its quality as a sake is very high.

Beautiful sake color. The taste is sweet and sour, reminiscent of strawberries, just as it looks.
If you think of it as sake, it is not enough, but it is very tasty when drunk in summer.

Light and refreshing sake.
When drunk on its own, it has a refreshing and elegant sweetness, suitable for summer. When drunk with food, the sweetness may be too pronounced, so I prefer it on its own.

Asakai" is a gift from a friend.
It is refreshing. It has no cloying taste and a little bit of sweetness.
It is the best sake as a food sake, but it is not insufficient even if you drink it by itself. It was more delicious than expected!

First, the supernatant. It is very acidic and piquant. No sweetness, like soda water.
Then, mix in the cage. The acidity is mellowed and the taste is a little mellow.
For my taste, I would like a little more sweetness.

Lychee-like aroma. Very mild and light when drinking. Gentle sweetness.
On the second day, in addition to the sweetness, a little sourness emerges, and I like it even more as a sake with more presence!

This wine is light and refreshing, with a fresh apple-like aroma that fills the mouth. The body is not insistent sweetness like Jikon, but it is not persistent. The final taste is a bit bitter and disappears quickly, so it goes well with food, and it is also delicious when drunk on its own.

It was a gift from a friend.
It is a junmai ginjo, but it has a barrel aroma rather than a ginjo aroma. It doesn't bother me when I drink it, but it is a little difficult to drink.

This is the second time, but it is still easy to drink.
It has an image of a popular sake, but it is delicious!
It can be served with food or by itself, but I prefer it with food.

Classical but not that bad. Compared to traditional honjozo, it is an easy-drinking category. It ran out quickly when I drank it with food.
I would like to drink it again when I go to Okinawa, but I think I'm done with it as a souvenir.

I felt a slight vinegar-like acidity and thought it might be a sharp sake, but it is also mellow, resulting in a strange sense of cohesion. The nuance is similar to that of white wine.
I preferred another Niida I once had at a sushi restaurant, but this one is also good.
I enjoy low-polished sake more because it has more individuality.

The last time I drank it, it was given to me by a colleague at work, and this time it was given to me by a junior colleague at work.
I usually show off my love of sake, so I get sake from people who like to receive it but don't drink it lol.
I have the impression that it is somewhat difficult to drink, but I was grateful for the sake ^_^.

Was it a souvenir from my father?
Although it is a honjozo, there is no bad taste at all, and the taste is clean, crisp and delicious!
Perfect as a food sake!

The last of the Shinshu Kamerei stocked on a summer trip to Nagano is Gingame.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo of Miyamanishiki.
It was too good to drink, so we opened the bottle on a holy night.
Anyway, it is a bottle of supreme quality!
It is hearty but not too sweet, goes well with food, and can be drunk by itself.
It is really delicious! I'll take another trip to Nagano just to buy this! LOL!
Good evening Jay & Nobby😃.
The best part of traveling is to drink the local alcohol in the area and bring it back home to enjoy even more 🍶 lol
But still, I envy you and your wife for being able to enjoy it together😊.

One of the spoils of my summer trip to Nagano.
It's a little oaky when it's fresh.
But I don't dislike its complexity and it's rather delicious.
After a little while, the complexity disappears, and the sweetness comes out!
It's totally drinkable but rich and delicious!
