Opened vigorously with a nice sound.
Very fresh.
Tastes rich, sweet but not too sweet, delicious!
I don't like many of the dried barley, but this one is a hit!

Fruity aroma like apple.
It has a fresh, fruity sweetness that is fresher than Miyamanishiki. Not too sweet, so it goes well with food.
It is right in between Hitogochiki Junmai and Miyamanishiki Junmai Ginjo. It is like a combination of the best of both worlds. And
but it is also very tasty and has a decent volume.

This is the second of a set of three Hakutsuru-Nishiki bottles.
By the way, the third bottle, Jikin, is still sitting in the fridge, too good to drink.
Now, Toichi with Hakutsuru-Nishiki...
The aroma is similar to that of Hakutsuru, with a gentle and full rice aroma. Is this a characteristic of Hakutsuru-nishiki?
The taste is also more complex and bitter than fruity, and then disappears quickly.
It is delicious on its own, but would be better as a food sake!
Hakutsuru is more classical and Toichi is more modern, but I think their characteristics are similar when you compare them!

This is one of the three bottles I purchased for last year's Sake Day.
It was a set of three bottles of Hakutsuru Nishiki sake rice.
Hakutsuru-Nishiki was created by the Hakutsuru Sake Brewery to surpass Yamada-Nishiki as a sake rice, and it seems that each sake brewery that agrees to use Hakutsuru-Nishiki is using sake made from it.
Now, we will start with Hakutsuru, the parent of Hakutsuru Nishiki.
It has a full rice aroma.
It is not fruity or fresh, but it is clean and easy to drink.
It has a classical feel, but it is a good sake for a mealtime drink.
Hakutsuru has a strong image as a sake for the masses, but I am glad to know that they also offer high quality sake.

Sake quality is similar to that of Nakadori.
However, it is not as fruity as the Nakadori, but has a more crisp and dry taste.
Compared to the Nakadori, this one seems to be more specialized as a food sake.

Whenever I see this seasonal sake from Senkyoku, I always buy it immediately.
It's still delicious.
I'm not sure if I'm drinking sake or a sour, but it's just so easy to drink.
It's not that it's lacking in flavor, but it's just so rich and tasty, especially in the acidity and sweetness!
I would recommend people who don't like sake to try this one first!

This is the first Nabeshima for home drinking.
Fresh and fruity!
The mouthfeel is very clear with a tight, slightly effervescent taste.
It has a very clear mouthfeel with a tight, slightly fizzy, and sweet taste. But there is a bit of bitterness in the aftertaste.
It's also delicious, but after a little while, the bitterness disappears and it's all sweetness. Both are delicious!

Personally, when I think of Shinshu Kamerei, Hitogokochi is the first image that comes to mind.
However, the brewery seems to value the Miyamanishiki used to make the sake for the sake competition.
Now, the taste...
A soft, feminine mouthfeel that is typical of Shinshu Kamerei ✨.
It has a subtle sweetness, no bitterness or sourness, and it's not so much sharp as it is smooth, and when you notice it, it seems to disappear ❗️.
It is delicious on its own, but goes great with soba noodles, oden, and other light-flavored Japanese dishes 😍😍.
I want to bring it to a ryotei and drink it lol

Aroma of ripe banana and yogurt-type lactic acidity.
When you drink it, it is thick, fruity and fresh and effervescent.
I really like the taste. It also has volume thanks to the richness of the low milled rice.
It tastes so rich and delicious!
And it has a nice sharpness, so you can drink more and more!
This is my favorite, and can be served by itself or with a meal!

This is the sake I decided to drink this weekend (actually yesterday)!
Actually, I applied for the first "free special tasting" for the general public at Isego Honten, which is always a great help to us in our online store, and I won, and the event was scheduled for yesterday.
However, we were disappointed that the event was cancelled due to the Corona situation, but Isego Honten offered to give us a bottle of the sake that was supposed to be served at the tasting as an apology 😭 too good to be true!
I was told that those who didn't need it could decline, and I thought about refusing since it was a free event to begin with, but I took their word for it 😝.
Because I'm curious to see what kind of drinks they were going to offer and maybe I'll get to meet some I wouldn't have chosen!
So here's the sake that arrived with much anticipation! It's the most delicious and cost-effective one!
It arrived in cool delivery! Isego Honten is too wonderful 😭
I'm not going to review the taste this time.
But thanks to the special spirit of Isego Honten, I give it a perfect score!
I will enjoy the taste while thinking about the tasting.
Thank you, Isego Honten, for your continued support!
Good evening, haruyou! 😄
Such a nice event at Isego! And even if it was cancelled, they gave away a bottle 😆👍Gucky is not sold in my neighborhood, so drinking at home is a dream 😋.
Good evening, MAJ!
Really, you're so divine, I love Mr. Isego even more! LOL!
I often have a chance to drink it because it's sold at the store I often go to, but it's cheap and delicious, and it's also divine! LOL!
If you are lucky enough to see it, buy it immediately!

A very beautiful sweet sake. The sweetness comes straight from the nose, but it is not harsh and can be drunk easily.
It is more floral and juicy than Jyushiyo, and is similar to Jikin.
It is a delicious sake for single-drinkers.
I really like it and it's delicious!

The quality of the sake is very smooth. The sweetness comes first, followed immediately by a full umami, and then a pleasant bitterness, which, combined with the sake quality, makes it easy to drink.
It goes well with soba (buckwheat noodles) and other Japanese dishes, but when served with strong flavored dishes, the delicate umami is lost.
I think it is best to drink this sake alone, without any snacks, as if it were water.
I'm also looking forward to the Harmonic Emotion I bought with it!

On the way back from a family trip to Hakuba during the summer vacation, we got off at the Ueda IC once and stopped by Okazaki Sake Brewery to buy Shinshu Kamerei.
I can say that we made a family trip to Hakuba to go to Okazaki Sake Brewery.
The entire trip, I was soaring about what they had on the lineup right now.
1) Gingame (Miyamanishiki Junmai Daiginjo)
Hitogokochi Junmai
(3) Yamae Nishiki Junmai Ginjo
(4) Miyamanishiki Junmai Ginjo (limited edition)
Since there were 4 kinds of sake, 2 bottles per person, my wife used her right to purchase 4 kinds of sake. (Luckily, we even bought a bottle of Genmai in the same Ueda area!)
) As a consolation to myself for driving, I went back and opened a bottle right away. I started with the Miyamanishiki Junmai Ginjo. Because this is the only bottle I have, lol!
When I opened the bottle...
A gentle aroma of freshly cooked rice.
The mouthfeel is mellow and fruity, with a fruity apple-like sweetness and juiciness, and a hint of acidity that is very lively in the mouth.
Shinshu Kamerei has an image of a delicate flavor that would go well with Japanese cuisine with a strong dashi broth, but even when paired with dishes with strong flavors, it does not lose and has a solid core.
I know, but it is so delicious!
It's not easy to buy it locally, so I think my summer trips will be along the Kan-etsu road lol.

After a day of playing outside with the kids and working up a sweat, I wanted a refreshing drink! I opened a bottle of Sunburst.
It has a lemon squash-like acidity, a slight effervescence, and a slightly bitter aftertaste.
It is not so much that the acidity is extremely strong, but rather that the sweetness has been subtracted from the snoquelé.
It is easy to drink because it is refreshing, but its umami and richness seem to have decreased as a result.
It is tasty, but I prefer the Snoqualmie.
I hope the taste will change after the bottle is opened!

This is Aizan's Wind Forest.
The aroma is cider-like, apple-like, clean x fresh.
When you drink it, there is almost no sweetness, and it goes all the way to the sharp end with light fizz.
There is not much sweetness or fruityness, and it is insanely dry. If someone told me it was sparkling water, I would believe it.
I would like a little more flavor and sweetness.
It seems to go better with food than by itself.

After a few days of aging, the fizz settles down and the sweetness and depth increase.
Kaze no Mori x Aizan in their element!

It is made by flattening and polishing rice, which is Takachiyo's specialty.
I like it because the bottle is thin and stylish, even though it is only 500ml.
Very sweet sake. When you drink it, the pineapple-like richness spreads in your mouth at once, and it finishes with a fresh, chiri-chiri-chi fresh microbubbles.
Not only sweetness, but also a slight bitterness makes it light and easy to drink without getting tired of drinking.
★4.0
Sake with the full sense of the acidity and fruity taste of white grapes.
It is no longer a sake but more like wine.
It is similar to the Mutsu Hachisen sake I had the other day, which uses wine yeast, but the lower alcohol content makes it much easier to drink.
It is also small in volume, so it is like a juice, and you finish it quickly.

Yamada Nishiki snorkel.
When the rubber stopper is removed, the bottle opens automatically.
Always a thrilling moment w
The aroma is typical of Koei Kiku. The aroma is typical of Koei Kiku.
The taste has the characteristics of Yamada-Nishiki, and the acidity is a little bit suppressed.
The acidity is a bit restrained, but the balance between sweetness and sharpness is better than that of the normal Snoqualmie, and I think it is more elegant. It is still delicious.
