This sake is sold at the ropeway in Tsugaike Kogen. I was told that it is only available in Kotani-mura, so I bought it after a long hesitation.
It has a very mild taste, probably due to the fact that it is aged in the snow.
It has a high alcohol content of 16%, which makes it very rich, but it is easy to drink because there is no cloying taste.
I had underestimated it as a sake for tourist spots, but it has a good balance of freshness and weight, and its quality as a sake is very high.
