Kame no o "Jokigen" Shizukutori is drunk warm. Lukewarm is perfect! The taste is sweet and gentle. It's tangy on the tip of the tongue, but the aftertaste fades away. It doesn't have the bitter aftertaste characteristic of sweet sake.

We drank a chilled bottle of Fukucho's Seafood. It was sour and tasted like white wine. It's called "Seafood", so it goes well with fish dishes. I tried it immediately with salted fish! I see! The fishy smell is removed by the sourness of the sake. It's so good!

I drink Okunomatsu warmed up. It's a little different from what I thought before. I described it as sweet, but it's quite spicy. The taste is robust, with a hint of rice flavor, but the aroma is also light, penetrating deep into the nose. This is even better than the last time I drank it.

Drinking a cold glass of kata no sakura. The first Osaka sake of my life! Super dry. It has a rich taste that leaves a bitter aftertaste, but then it disappears in your mouth. I recommend it if you want to drink a dry taste with a sharp edge.

I drank the Kikumishomune Junmai Keg Sake in a cold drink. Excuse me, but I didn't expect it, but it wasn't so bad that I couldn't drink it. The taste is sweet. It has a unique aftertaste with a distinctive aftertaste that spreads in the mouth. But once you get used to it, it's quite addictive (laughs).

Doesn't it go well with strong flavored snacks? I'd like to enjoy the taste of alcohol while eating crispy vegetable sticks.
