Kame no o "Jokigen" Shizukutori is drunk warm. Lukewarm is perfect! The taste is sweet and gentle. It's tangy on the tip of the tongue, but the aftertaste fades away. It doesn't have the bitter aftertaste characteristic of sweet sake.

We drink Amago no Tsuki (Moon after Rain) warmed up. It is sweet and easy to drink, but there is a bitter aftertaste when it is heated. I like to drink it lukewarm and enjoy the aroma. (No photo)

We drank a chilled bottle of Fukucho's Seafood. It was sour and tasted like white wine. It's called "Seafood", so it goes well with fish dishes. I tried it immediately with salted fish! I see! The fishy smell is removed by the sourness of the sake. It's so good!

Drinking Sugishiki in cold water. It's dry, but it leaves a sweet taste. The aftertaste has an aftertaste that tastes like Japanese sake, but on the contrary, it is a nice accent. I think it is good to drink as a mid-meal drink.

I drink Okunomatsu warmed up. It's a little different from what I thought before. I described it as sweet, but it's quite spicy. The taste is robust, with a hint of rice flavor, but the aroma is also light, penetrating deep into the nose. This is even better than the last time I drank it.

Drink Minami in cold water. It is a dry sake with a light aroma. After that, it smoothly penetrates to the back of the nose, leaving a bitter taste on the tip of the tongue that disappears before you know it. It's not too hot. I would like to try it warmed up next time.

Drinking a cold glass of kata no sakura. The first Osaka sake of my life! Super dry. It has a rich taste that leaves a bitter aftertaste, but then it disappears in your mouth. I recommend it if you want to drink a dry taste with a sharp edge.

I drank the Kikumishomune Junmai Keg Sake in a cold drink. Excuse me, but I didn't expect it, but it wasn't so bad that I couldn't drink it. The taste is sweet. It has a unique aftertaste with a distinctive aftertaste that spreads in the mouth. But once you get used to it, it's quite addictive (laughs).

Drinking the Dragon God in cold water. Sweet and fruity with a melon/banana type flavor. Yum! This. The aftertaste is refreshing, so you can easily enjoy it with just alcohol. Doesn't it go well with strong flavored snacks? I'd like to enjoy the taste of alcohol while eating crispy vegetable sticks.

We drank the first grandchild in cold water. I remembered the first grandson I drank before as a dry one, but this one is a sweet one. It is regrettable that I couldn't take a picture of the label, so I can't understand it in detail. It is very easy to drink, and it is easy to drink. The taste is not light, but slightly fruity and full-bodied. It's good.

It drinks the Takao Tengu in cold water. Sweet taste and easy to drink. It is good. Is sake in Tokyo good? I was making fun of it, but it's so good! (I found out later that the rice is from Hachioji, but the brewer was from Nagano prefecture...) No photo.
