Local sake bought on a trip I took last fall.
With sukiyaki 👏👏.
Dry, not too flamboyant, doesn't interfere with the sweetness of the meat.
But not frugal, delicious!
Ordered for the same reason as the previous post.
It's so refreshing and easy to drink, and I love the way it makes the drink go down!
I think this one might be better for seafood than the sweeter one I just had.
I wanted a sake I'd never had before, so I ordered it.
Slightly sweet with a slight effervescence, but goes well with raw oysters.
My vocabulary is not very good, but it's really good!
Dinner at a recently established decoy restaurant!
Matou-dai, horse mackerel, tuna sashimi, and shrimp yukke pickled tuna with appetizers!
Sake with an all-rounder feel!
The sweetness of the shrimp and the yukke are great together in the mouth.
I don't have to tell you how well it goes with sashimi.
One I found while taking a walk while the cherry blossoms were about to bloom.
I had drunk the winter version for cats in a kotatsu, but when I saw it for spring use, I bought it immediately.
but I bought it immediately when I saw a spring-use version.
It has a gentle sweetness that is not too strong, and the slight carbonation is delicious.
I want to drink it again when the flowers bloom.
It is nice to enjoy seasonal products.
No snacks
Little aromatic, watery sensation.
Slightly bitter taste in the mouth
It was a refreshing taste. ☺️
Toppings: liver, bonito sashimi, hokke sashimi, tsukune (skewer of white liver)
Strong illusion of drinking white wine.
But the aroma of rice in the mouth is strong
I ordered the pickled firefly squid.
It's good to enjoy the sake on its own.
It is a delightful sensation in the mouth, from refreshing to sweet.
It is full of happiness when eaten with raw oysters, but the strong flavor and aroma of the sake can be enjoyed on its own.
I failed to take a picture of the bottle...
It is a little spicy on the tongue, but it goes down smoothly and has a gorgeous aroma.
But it is not too strong, so it goes well with yakitori.
When I asked the waitress what kind of sake would go best with the squid I had on hand, she offered me a glass.
The sake was originally made to go well with oysters, so it did not interfere with the squid, but had an aroma that was enjoyable enough to drink with sake alone.
I might buy some to take home...
We ordered sake to go with the dried shiitake mushrooms, which are served at the restaurant's kaku-uchi (corner bar).
The sake is fruity and lingers on the nose, but it goes well with the dried shiitake mushrooms without being persistent.
Simply delicious!
