Matou-dai, horse mackerel, tuna sashimi, and shrimp yukke pickled tuna with appetizers!
Sake with an all-rounder feel!
The sweetness of the shrimp and the yukke are great together in the mouth.
I don't have to tell you how well it goes with sashimi.
