The aroma of the ginjo aroma is present as soon as the bottle is opened. I wanted to enjoy it as an aromatic sake, so I wanted a little more aroma.
The mouthfeel is clean and refreshing, with a pleasant raw bitterness on the side of the tongue. The production date is December 2022, so it is really freshly made.
The fact that it doesn't give off that much of an alcoholic feeling is wonderful.
If you let it sit for a few days, it will become rounder and softer.
Since a lot of new sake is released this time of year, it is good to be able to enjoy it in two stages, right after opening the bottle and a few days later.
The level of quality in Nagano is high.
