Shichisyo Junmai Ginjyo Shiboritate Nama-nama Sake Nanasho Shuzo Kiso-cho, Kiso-gun, Nagano Prefecture The aroma of the ginjo aroma is present as soon as the bottle is opened. I wanted to enjoy it as an aromatic sake, so I wanted a little more aroma. The mouthfeel is clean and refreshing, with a pleasant raw bitterness on the side of the tongue. The production date is December 2022, so it is really freshly made. The fact that it doesn't give off that much of an alcoholic feeling is wonderful. If you let it sit for a few days, it will become rounder and softer. Since a lot of new sake is released this time of year, it is good to be able to enjoy it in two stages, right after opening the bottle and a few days later. The level of quality in Nagano is high. Please try it.

Limited Junmai Daiginjyo TANKEI Shinshu Meizo, Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture As the label explains, it has a strong ginjo aroma. The aroma alone is pleasant. The taste is sweet, and the umami spreads firmly in the back of the tongue. The aroma has a subtle hint of that unique Yamagata ginjo aroma. This is delicious. The aftertaste is a bit bitter, so I expect it will turn into something more if it is left a little longer. I would like to pay attention to Nagano's sake from now on. Please try it.

MACHO OHABAI Junmai Yamadanishiki 80 Makino Shuzo Takasaki-city, Gunma As expected of Yamada-Nishiki. The aroma is pleasant. Yamada-Nishiki is the king of sake rice, but you can see the excellence of Yamada-Nishiki when you try other sake rice. The introduction is slightly effervescent. macho Oaihei Junmai FUSION Aizan ✖️Omachi Makino Shuzo Takasaki-city, Gunma The aroma is gorgeous. The mouthfeel is supple and sharp. The lingering aftertaste is long, but also finishes crisp and clean. However, the umami can be tasted with gusto, so each sip is delicious. I have the impression that it is a little calmer than last year. Personally, I prefer a stronger aroma. Served with soy milk hot pot. Please enjoy.

GINREI TSUKIYAMA Snow-aged Junmai Ginjo Gassan Shuzo Sagae City, Yamagata Prefecture The aroma is a little alcoholic. The aroma is a little past the typical Yamagata sake aroma. Shinshu Kamerei Hitogokochi Summer Jungin Okazaki Shuzo Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma. As a lover of Yamagata sake, the aroma is very attractive to me. The slight fizziness on the tip of the tongue creates a refreshing sweetness and sharpness. The production date of 2022.4 and the delivery date of 2022.7 from the brewery suggest that it has been aged for three months. If there is arabashiri, I would love to try it. This is a sweet sake that can be enjoyed cold next to a fan in the hot summer. This year's IWC2022 Champion Sake was The winner of this year's IWC 2022 Champion Sake was Sawa Hime Ginjo-shu from Inoue Seikichi Shoten (Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture). A perfect bottle to enjoy the aroma of sake. The taste is a little sweet, which is unique to sake in its original state and to my liking. However, it is not rough, but rather clean, sweet, and fruity. This bottle alone is enough to complete your sake drinking experience. With that said, I had it with a side of tuna.
